Mcdonald's

I ordered at the drive thru Paid for my order was asked to pull to spot 2 waited 25 minutes in my car with a sick baby and never got my order. Asked the food runners where my order was they had no clue. They went inside to check. I waited 15 more minutes they were running food to everyone who ordered after me so I drove back around to see about a refund. The manager on duty wouldn't come to the take out window to give me a refund they had me go inside with a baby who was just tested positive for covid. It was really packed inside so I left without my refund. They stole my money. This place should fire everyone starting with management and hire people who knows what there doing. Done with this place....

This was the worst service I have ever recieved at any McDonald's I have ever been to in my life. No one in the 1st window to pay so we finally pull to the 2nd window a young girl finally appeared in the 2nd window and rudely says you were to pay at the 1st window. We calmly said I'm sorry there was no one there. 5 min later comes back with my card and no receipt as I ask for one she walked away. They give us our drinks and ask us to pull forward and that's when we noticed 3 other cars waiting a head of us. We waited 25 min for our food and during that time 2 cars left with out getting their food. When we checked our order 2 items were missing so we waited again. All of our food was stone cold. I now can't even do a survey because they gave me no receipt. All of this while 4 employees sat in the dining room doing nothing. Someone needs to run that place and stop letting it be a free for all.

It was a joke. The kids up there one was on her phone while she was working. She also Didn't do her job Right. The one YOUNG MAN OF COLOR WAS VERY VERY POLITE ON GETTING ME A NEW MEAL HOT. THE BOSS UP THERE WAS A JOKE ALSO . THE KIDS UP THERE LOOKED LIKE THEY WERE RUNNING MCDONALDS THERE WAY AND NOT THE FEMALE BOSS!!!
