For a strip center sushi, it is very good. You need to pick and chose the roles you prefer. But overall for "fast food" style sushi, a satisfying experience.
My husband and I enjoy the food and atmosphere a lot. We find better than most sushi resturants in the area.
Go-to Sushi place near our home. Been going there for years, they even let me create my own roll one time and it was on the menu for several months. Sushi is either a hit or miss... this one is a HIT in my book.
Just had lunch here. Fabulous! The chef is creative and the waiter was excellent. Some of the best sushi I ever had!

Good Japanese Food!. Really good chef! Makes the most authentic Japanese dishes that we've had in a while. The cooks are not Japanese but they trained in Japan so they know how to cook the food correctly! We go here all the time since moving to the North Side. My favorite is the chicken katsu, and also love their crabmeat and creamcheese rolls (forget what it's called). Would recommend to anyone!
Really Good Sushi. We really like Fuji Sushi and have been eating there for alongtime now. We order alot of different sushi rolls but we do have a favorite group that we order a lot. We like the Dynamite roll, Key West roll, Spicey Tuna roll, Spider roll, Fuji roll, and try to order a new one from time to time. We have always had good food and great service when we dine in. We however do get the take out more times then we eat in. They even started to deliver and thats a good thing also. We have yet to get a bad or wrong order when we get delivery. So if you are near Fuji Sushi you should try this place you'll like it.
Gotta Try It!!. Cool restraurant, their sushi chief came from Japan and knows how to make REAL Japanese food.. mouth-watering smells and taste!!!...and the other Fuji(Roosevelt) is also a great choice, they have this super cool Japanese style of decoration...and great food too..!!

I really like eating here! It is a small, quiet place with great food and friendly staff. Their sushi is delicious, and they have some very interesting rolls I have not seen elsewhere. And everything else I have tried has been great, from the appetizers to salads and soups to noodle and rice bowls. They also have a great selection of beer, wine, and sake, and I love their green tea!
Absolutely worth it! Low prices, good service and tasty food. The sushi pizza with the spicy crab is a must, and we loved the eel avocado sushi roll and crazy roll (deep fried shrimp, avocado, cream cheese, crab and fish egg with eel sauce)...best fried rice I've tried so far in the area and loved the chicken tempura. Don't leave without trying the Japanese soda..we loved the strawberry one.
Hands down the best sushi in town. I've been going here for 6 years and the consistency is absolutely amazing. Once you become a regular they'll make you a custom roll anytime you request it with any items from the sushi bar. Raw fish, cooked fish, deep fried, not fried. You name it, they'll do it. Not to mention they've got the friendliest staff in town.
Super Friendly Staff! Very nice interior. Recently made a lot of improvements. Free appetizer! Good prices and GREAT TASTE. You get what you pay for, and I say this sushi can compete with any place in town.

Sadly, I believe they've closed their doors, at least temporarily. I can only hope that this is temporary.

This place is my go-to for Japanese food. The sushi is always fresh, the Niku Udon is amazing and the service is always great. They have all-you-can-eat sushi for $20.00 as well. It's a wonderful place to eat. I can't recommend it enough.
I've eaten here several times over several years and every time I have been satisfied with the food. The staff has always been friendly, the food has always been fresh and delicious and these reviews saying that they did not receive fresh sushi seems to me to be totally unfoudned.
Oh, they have all you can eat sushi for only $19.95. I tried today and the sushi are delicious, also the employees there are nice as well. Definitely coming back again!
Fuji sushi might be the best sushi place I’ve eaten at. Low prices and delicious food. People really sleep on this place because I come here whenever I can. If I could recommend more that 5 stars I would. I would definitely recommend this place.
Entire staff were very friendly. They have a great selection and the food was delicious! Prices are on par with most sushi places.
