The ladies working up front were so sweet and helpful. I'm not a big fan of fast food any longer. Too hard on me...but my mom who still hasn't figured what it is that upsets her stomach - loves it!!! Still for a fast food place - its clean, well stocked, friendly, and has some great alternatives to burgers...
Hardee's is definitely proud to be in Jacksonville - all sorts of etched glass commemorative images of what makes Jville special!
I love coming home. Jacksonville is the only place where I will use the Hardee's. I can count on their consistency and friendliness.

Five stars because I work here. This has always been my dream job to work here at Hardee’s in Jacksonville, Illinois since I was in Elementary School. Come by on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) if you would like to see this location’s newest friendly worker.

We hadn't been in town for some time. It was nice to see old friend Dennis. Food and service was good!

They are always friendly here, and don't judge me for getting a dozen cookies at a time for myself and my kids lol. All the food has always been fresh, great tasting, and made correctly.

The onion rings were not a good quality. My husband and myself didn't finish them.

The manager was a little rude and all the sodas were out of syrup we ordered a hot chocolate and it was a cup of warm war that they just poured powder into and didn't even stir just handed me a straw and said that is the best stir I can give you
