Particulary Devin, Pinar and the manager Jason. First, Devin is so friendly and awesome!!! He is a natural comedian and really made sure our entire party enjoyed ourselves and made us laugh and have a good time. EXCELLENT customer care skills!!!
Pinar Karahan was Super Sweet and when she told us she made our little girl's salad with Love, it looked like it !! She deserves recognition as well.
Finally, Jason Huntley. He works hard and Fast! I told him the geese had marked up the front entrance. He immediately went out with buckets and Personally cleaned the area while apologizing profusely (none needed.) Zaxby's, we had good food, a good time, and top notch service!!! KUDOS and Keep up the good work!!!
Ordered the 6 Chicken finger plate, buffalo style (tongue torch) with double fries (instead of slaw) and toast. Also ordered a funnel cake. Figured I'd try it since it was free using the app. Good thing because the funnel cake ended up being smaller than I thought it would be. I definitely wouldn't pay the normal $3.99 for it. My chicken finger plate and funnel cake were good. No complaints.
Service was slow. Didn't get my order when promised but order was correct when received.
Ambiance was very quiet. A little on the dirty side as far as the floors but I wasn't eating in anyway.
I wanted to send out a big thank you to the young girl at the drive thru for her patience and kindness tonight while I dug for my wallet in my bag that eats everything. Also, my Cobb salad was excellent!! Great job to all at this location.
I went with the grilled chicken Cobb salad and ranch dressing. Overall, it was a decent salad. The grilled chicken was good.
I placed an order on the Zaxby’s app to the wrong location across town and Dominique informed me of this but then had her manager Miss B get involved and make sure I received my meal here without charging me. Talk about an amazing customer experience! Dominique is an asset!

First of all, the staff here is always friendly when I come in, which makes ordering here pleasant. I ordered 10 wings with extra nuclear sauce, and ranch for dipping. My order came out perfect. The wings were wet, with extra sauce in the bottom. They were also cooked perfectly. The outside was slightly crispy with a juicy interior and had a good bit of meat on them. I will definitely be back to this location.
The chicken is so good, fresh and juicy that I've eaten it three times in a week. Never disappointed and the order is always correct!
Absolutely delicious food especially the salads!! You can't find their Mediterranean dressing anywhere else and it is so good! You can plan on spending atleast $20+ for 2 people but the food will be fresh, hot, and yummy! Employees at this location aren't super nice but the food makes up for it. Be careful of their cups...they are very flimsy! Im currently cleaning up the second cup that has fallen apart on me in the drive thru.
It was as if they didn't realize I was there MB and had a mobile order. The young man out front was staring confusedly at a receipt. But when they did they snapped to it and the food was great.
Food was good. Service was great. We gotnin and out in a timely manner.
