Amazing customer service... my family and I go to this Wendy's about once a month... any time there is a problem with our order, it is corrected immediately. The employees are super friendly and courteous. Picked up dinner the other night, my youngest son prefers apples with his kids meal, but they were out ... instead of telling me they were out, the young lady working drive through made a small bowl of apples that normally go in the salads.. that made my night.. a small act of kindness that has made me a loyal customer!! THANK YOU!!!!! In my opinion, this is the BEST Wendy's location!!!!!
The biscuit with sausage. was very good. Tea excellent. Potato wedges good though a bit oily. The. staff was very helpful and extremely efficient ; working well together and pleasing their customers. Everyone was polite. The restroom was very clean and well supplied. . The price was great ! Their breakfast menu had your choice ; in the 2 / for 3.20 section.. Either a biscuit with egg and cheese, biscuit with sausage , potato wedges or coffee. What an appreciated value and all delicious. Handicapped access was great and the service was fast. Had to wait a few minutes because no one was up in the front and they could not hear me calling them. Food was good and affordable. The staff was nice, just a little busy and I did not want to yell at them to assist me.
The people working the window were very quick and very nice. The person working the cashier, I didn't see her name, when I made a mistake giving her the money she made us laugh instead of being curt or rude. And my food was hot and my tea was cold. Win win. Thank you guys for really bringing my day up.
Best Wendy's experience I've ever had. Hope was so kind and happy to take my order. She took the time to repeat my order back to me and told me that she wanted to make sure she got my special requests correct, which I really appreciated! She had such a great attitude, she really made my night!
They are friendly and my order is always right fresh and hot
Reasonable meal five for five that doesn't break the bank. Please keep this on the menu.
