A staple in the Murray hill neighborhood . Excellent breakfast and lunch options , charmingly mismatched decor and a very friendly staff.

Gina’s Delicatessen was the next stop on my tour of delis in Avondale and Riverside. Unfortunately, by the time I arrived their post street location was no more. Thanks to the Google I learned Gina’s had a Murray Hill location, and made the short drive over. Gina’s stands at 803 Edgewood Avenue and is open for breakfast and lunch. Various posters advertising their specials were plastered on the exterior of the building.
Great breakfast. Very decent breakfast and you can't beat the price. I usually go for the chicken fried steak.
Yummy!. I go to ginas atleast once a week. I love the taboula! its my favorite. the staff is very friendly and helpful as well. thank you Ms. GINA and staff!!!
I stopped by recently to check this place out. Some of my coworkers recommended it! As soon as I walked in I was greeted by two employees. Very kind and considerate to their customers. I then asked what kind of salads they had, they directed me over to the salad case. I picked up a tabouli and a carrot cake. Both were extremely delicious. I then noticed the special which was a "camel Ryder" I decided to take it to go for later on. It was delicious. Extremely fulfilling and definitely worth trying! Their prices aren't high whatsoever. It's also a really good place if you're ever on a lunch break and in a rush. They're fast and super friendly! I give it a 4.5/5.
Where to even begin! I just recently moved to jacksonville, I live in the westside area. On the way home I pass by this deli, I was hungry at the time so I told myself why not let's try something new. And I am so thankful that I did stop, the owner was so kind and so were the employees. I've read some comments below and for the most part they're all accurate! The cherry limeade is to die for! I had the steak n sack which was delicious! And I also got a club sandwich to go which I had later on that day. Great food, great quality and great price! I'm now a regular! Did I mention they sell baklava? I haven't had it in CENTURIES so when I saw it I just had to get some! Delicious! Hope my review helps :)
I'm speechless when it comes to this place. You honestly CAN NOT beat the price for the amount of food you get. Most fast food places will cheat you out on a burgers quality, I almost feel like Gina's gives you too much? I'm not complaining! Haha you really do get what you pay for and more. The chicken salad pita is delicious, the "giant burger" is unbelievable for the price and the cherry liaise is to die for in the summer time! I almost want to buy gallons and gallons of it. Great quality, great service and great food! Try it out you won't regret it for the price. I can guarantee you, I've eaten there with 5 people and our bill has yet to hit anywhere around $50, combos are very cheap!
Friendly and homey atmosphere. Great food, I like everything Ive tried, especially their breakfast, GIANT burger, and grilled chicken in a pita...all at unbeatable prices. Cheaper than fast food and waaaay better, so its awesome.
This place is incredible! Best food I've had in Jax, yet! I sampled a bit of many things...all fresh and delicious!

I took my family here the other day, we ordered then went to have a seat and wait for our order to be called. One of the employees came out with 3 trays filled with food for our table that looked incredible! And I assure you it was! You honestly can't beat the price of their burger, it's HUGE and one of the best yet! The owner is very friendly and even gave us some fries to go! Friendly spot, if your looking for something quick it's also a great place! I highly recommend it.
I’ve been here many times for lunch ♥️ They have amazing chicken salad, pasta salad, tabouli, egg salad, grilled chicken sandwich (get it on a toasted bun with Swiss, mayo, tomato and lettuce!!!! It’s really good). Burger and fries are yummy. Steak in a sack is really good (recommend Swiss for it)! Sweet tea is good. This is a great little spot! Still need to fit the breakfast in some day!

I love their Tuna Pita with all the fixings, Steak In A Sack with mushrooms, onions and banana peppers, the Giant Burger with those delicious Crinkle Fries.
The homemade desserts especially the carrot cake, brownies, baklava, banana pudding, other specialty slices of cakes, cookies, and sweets are worth the calories. So yummy. 😋
You can pick up a huge bag of fresh pita bread or some of their famous salads and tabouleh from the refrigerated case to take home for around $4-5.
The breakfast and lunch selections are varied and reasonably priced for the portions served. Breakfast ALL DAY on Saturday.

Great food and friendly crew .. nice and clean place .. I had the Mediterranean Plat the grapes 🍇 leave was great and the humus superb excellent ( it's been long time I didn't have an enjoyed a humus.... excellent job 👏 👍) .... For sure I will be back and I strongly recommend this place . THANK YOU SO MUCH GUYS
The staff is super nice, the prices aren't bad, and the food is delicious. I especially like the giant cheeseburger combo.
My husband has been grabbing these faves from his favorite place I said Gina’s was better and I brought him some too try and he agreed. Stuffed full and tasty! I also got clearer pics of the menu. Super reasonable prices also.
Great local gem, family owned and operated. Had the bacon egg and cheese pita and home fries. Love that you actually get a decent amount of thick cut bacon. Service was friendly, made you feel at home. Food was delicious and would recommend and will be back. Great place for breakfast and I am sure lunch is just as tasty.
Love Love Love Gina’s! Everything tastes amazing. The staff is the best! You can find me and my family here most Saturday mornings and throughout the week to grab a quick bite to eat for breakfast or lunch. Steak in a sack - delicious - for breakfast or lunch; biscuit and gravy are the kids favorite or even the enormous & scrumptous burgers!
Gina's Deli is a wonderful local spot. Nothing fancy, owned and operated by a nice family, large portions for a reasonable price. It is our go to on Saturday.
Love the pancakes, fresh breakfast potatoes, and chicken salad. If you are looking for something simple, I would highly recommend.
They also cater. We recently ordered for a lunch function and they went above and beyond. We did a pita assortment with chicken salad, tuna salad, and steak (in a sack). It comes with lettuce, tomatoes, condiments. We also ordered some of the desserts and they were all very good. One thing you can't miss is the cinnamon sugar pita chips!
