My husband and I went here for brunch & loved it!!! We haven't been to a Cheesecake Factory in years.. Our waiter was phenomenal. I believe his name was Terrance (or something similar) He was patient & so kind. Our food was perfectly made. The only complaint I have was the wall to our booth was pretty dirty. Food was splattered on the wall. Our table & booth seats were clean but the wall was not.
Visited Cheesecake Factory recently, and the service was truly exceptional. However, it's worth noting that the restaurant is consistently bustling, being the busiest spot in Town Center. The vibrancy is a testament to its fantastic offerings, featuring an extensive menu with delicious options. While the back corner near the bathroom can get a bit warm on hot days, the front of the restaurant remains cool. Despite the crowds, the waitstaff is consistently outstanding and attentive, adding to the overall positive experience.
This was my first time and it will definitely not be my last, we went before going to the SOJA concert and you need like 10 mins to look at the menu and another 10 just to figure out what you want to eat. because everything looked and sounds amazing. After ordering from the 400 food options, I spent more time picking from 40 different cheese cake options. Was definitely worth it and food and service was excellent.
No issues on our last two visits. Great service and food was delicious. I had the Tuscan Chicken for dinner and the Chicken Piccata for lunch the second go round with banana cream cheesecake for dessert. Good portions. My wife and I can eat and we were satisfied both times.
Me and my family came here on a Sunday night, not too busy and we had made reservations so we were quickly seated. I like the amount of variety they have and the range of diet types they cater to. They offer gluten free, vegan and lower calorie choices, I had the skinnylicious Tuscan chicken and it was delicious. The chicken was well seasoned and tender, they definitely bulk up on the veggies too which was also good. One of my family members ordered the carbonara, he said the flavor good but they did not strain out all the pasta water and it was watery as a result. Not a big deal though and we all enjoyed our food. Overall I would probably come back again.
I am "visiting vegan" and they had quite a few options. Beet salad was delicious, but I've always loved beets. Korean cauliflower was flavorful but not crispy. Had they given me the crunch it would have been 5 stars. Happy hour in the bar!
Great service. We had Jamaican Black Pepper Shrimp and Miso Salmon, delicious both of them. Drink were good as well. As for the desert we took a low-licious cheesecake with strawberries. We had a wonderful time me and my sister.
Food was great, and our server was amazing. By no fault of hers our food was late out of the kitchen for one of our guests and another had the wrong item delivered to the table. All of these faults were quickly fixed by our server and the food itself was hot and delicious. Will return again. Serving sizes are huge for entrees and while prices are on the higher end for the experience and portion sizes it is very reasonable. Parking in the front is very limited but parking in the lot behind the restaurant is plentiful if you don't mind a small walk. This locations has indoor and outdoor seating.
Went to celebrate my dad and aunt's birthday. Very busy, but nice atmosphere just the same. I tried something different this time and had the BBQ Ranch Chicken Salad. Very big salad for lunch, but it was good!
Been here twice with a friend and now my mother and both times the food was good.
Also, coming on a weekday makes the experience better.
Aside from TC parking, it's worth going.
