The service was good, and the serious cheese pizza and bread sticks were very tasty.
I am old-school. I like it when I can call up a spot directly, place my order, then dip by to pick it up. So, I was surprised when I found out the number I called was a call center.
But, the whole process was smoother than I thought. I made the call and stopped by on my way home from work. I was greeted when I entered, even though people were back in the kitchen, and also had to add something to my order at the last minute. They adjusted my order with no problem. I received my pizza hot, and well cooked.
I don't live on the Southside, but I'd make a special trip for these guys! Well done.
Edit: There have been a few issues in the past but today they made it right! All the food tasted very good except for the BBQ sauce on the wings but that's not the store's fault that my family did not like it. Normally we get mild sauce but last time the mild sauce was HOT!!
Asked for extra Italian dressing on sandwich, did not receive it. Manager called and said he talked to employee who made my sandwich and they claim they put extra dressing on it. Don't eat here because if they mess up your order they will call you a liar!!!
So, I wanna say sry that I'm slacking, and didn't take any pics!!! The chicken mariachi Pizza was amazing!¡!¡! It's been a lil while since I've eaten anything with some spice... So, I did have to get some extra sour cream to put on it!! However, the pizza was still so amazingly good!! I didn't realize that there was a Donatos so close to the house! I will continue to go back!! The gentleman that helped me, was extremely nice and helpful! The pizza had just come out of the oven, and it was so hot and good!¡!¡! My husband wanted some extra jalapenos on it, but I thought it was just right!! 😉
Always love donatos pizza. However, I ordered online to pick it up at the window and the drive thru employee had me pull around to wait. He then forgot about me for an extra 25 minutes while he was on the phone. I ended up going in and getting my pizzas. The food is always good. The service can be better.

Great pizza every single time never our go to pizza shop
The restaurant was totally dead inside which has nothing to do with much I suppose, HOWEVER its my humblest opinion that a "good" restaurant has customers? Anyways, we got a medium pizza, 2 entrée salads and 2 22oz drinks..total was around $35 which isn't too bad for a dine in. I really enjoyed the pizza and the salads were pretty decent. They were typical salads of course where at least 1/3 of the bowl is inedible "core" pieces of a lettuce head (hard). Overall for the price and the pizza I would order the pizza again for sure. I might skip the salad but like I said, most places fill the bowl with the inedible lettuce bits so what can you do...they do let you pick your own salad dressing which is nice!

I love Donatos Pizza! We don't have Donatos back home in Texas, so I try to get their pizza every time I am in Indianapolis. Love their thin crust, squared slices. The DoorDash transaction went smoothly.
