Chick-fil-a

UPDATE: Please note that this review is for the Chick-fil-A at 10 E Washington St, downtown Indy, not the one on the IUPUI campus, which Google Maps seems to be referencing. This was my first visit to the new downtown Chick-fil-A, which is located at street level near the mall. In the past, I have gone to the Chick-fil-A within the mall food court, but believe this may be replacing that location. I was told by staff that the restaurant has been open for about 3 months. I arrived about 12:15 pm and it was nice to see a crowd of people patronizing this downtown business. I quickly made my way to the counter and placed my order, which I received while in the process of buying 15 gift cards. Bri, the manager, came out to help Sevastian process my request, and they took the time to double check that the correct amounts were loaded onto each card and then placed them into individual gift card holders! They were courteous and kind, and lunch tasted great. The restaurant is new and very nice. The only potential negative for some customers may be the high nose level, due to all of the hard surfaces, but things improved as the crowd thinned out. The attached photos were taken just before 1:00 pm after most of the lunch crowd was gone. It's also worth nothing that they have a few outdoor tables, but due to the low temperature (the high today was 59*F) and breezy conditions, no one was sitting outside.

Fastest Fast Food there is. Also tastes great. Only place I have been that was faster was in London McDonald's, they had foodd ready even before I Paid. Line was 10 wide and 10 deep. Took just a minute.

Much like an airport CFA, the menu is missing a lot of options and the app is not accepted at this location. However, the restaurant was clean, service was fast and friendly, and the food was good!

Always quality all around with this establishment.

Now I love chick-fil-a and the food they make six days a week but, the chick-fil-a in the IUPUI campus center seems to have a hiccup every once in a while. Most instances they will provide a great meal you'd expect from chick-fil-a however, every once in a while I'm left feeling I didn't get what I'd expect from going to chick-fil-a. Sometimes the chick feels like it's been sitting for a while or the fries aren't done quite long enough. These aren't things that ruin a meal but just make it a little less satisfying.
