Dunkin'

Came to purchase a box of Munchkins (donut holes). Selection was limited to chocolate glazed at the time I was there. Manager had some difficulty scanning my QR code, though I thought everyone was trying to be helpful. Finally, access is a bit limited: the only driveway is off 291– no entrance from Hub Drive, as on the map.

Came here to get two coffees and sandwiches. I ordered one iced mocha latte and a iced pumpkin latte. They were only going to give us one drink and it was a hot mocha latte. I was telling them what drinks we we’re supposed to have they ended up making some kind of iced latte. We ended up just taking that and the hot latte. We started eating and my husband was eating his sandwich which they didn’t even take the paper off the cheese. Which you can see in the pictures below.

I asked for a dozen donuts, which usually means I want to pick 12 different donuts, but she gave me a random box already made up from the back, of ones they picked for me. Then when I went to eat the 1 filled donut in the box, there was less than a teaspoon of filling inside. I saw employees come in from outside with food service gloves on, and holding their cell phone with gloved hands, and they went behind the line without throwing the gloves away. A few weeks ago, my husband went to get 4 dozen glazed donuts for girls at a campout, and he had to wait 40 minutes. We never had a problem before, when I guess there was different people running it. We won't be back. We will wait for the Dunkin' that is being built closer to us.

Worst drive thru experience ever. Maybe is was a bad day for them, but it was awful. I totally understand with covid being short staffed and under a lot of stress, but there’s no room to be ignorant. The coffee was terrible as well. The lady working the drive thru was rude and hard to hear. We pulled up to the window and still noting was correct even though we were assured it was. They also couldn’t make the correct change back. Just ridiculous. Never going to this location again. Hopefully others have a better experience!

New owners and employees. This place is completely upside down compared to how it used to be. Took forever to take our order, took even longer to give it to me once at the window. I asked several times if my donut was in the bag as he kept repeating himself saying “everything is in there” and rushed me out of the drive thru. I pull ahead and guess what IS NOT in the bag? So I pull back around and there were only a few people in line but no one at the window.. another gentleman screamed at me to come inside for my SINGLE DONUT. And in back of him was the initial guy and he saw me & he rushed to grab the donut without even hearing what I was there for (I’m assuming realized he made a mistake). Attached you will find my “vanilla frosted donut with sprinkles” I will NEVER EVER return to this location. Please do not waste your time! Seriously. What a joke

I stopped by this location today around 4:30pm and the women working was so so incredibly sweet :) I felt awful for her though as it seemed that she was the only person working. Even with that possible circumstance she was incredibly kind and warm. I truly hope that she is being paid well and is being supported by more staff soon, and shame on whoever is having her work alone/understaffed

So we ordered and waited at least 30 minutes then we notice the ladies in the back on their phones so I asked them about my food one of the ladies told me she don’t know where my food is and she’s the one that took my order. We watched them take 5 orders and do the the whole drive through while waiting for our food, there was a manager sitting next to us not doing anything. After an additional 15 minutes the young man that took all the drive through orders made our food while the ladies stood there and did nothing, he also gave us a free sandwhich for the long wait. This is the second time that has happened to us at that location
