Taco bell is gross..in my opinion. I'm sure lots of people like them and that's very cool. My issue was several years ago and not at this specific location.

I ordered a 12 party pack with no lettuce from here and they ended up giving me lettuce. I brought it back and they ended up redoing my order, (albeit with a bit of convincing). Was still nice that they ended up replacing my order , since it was a pretty big order.

Got my order and went home only to realize I had half my order. Drove back and had to pay for the other order again

I come to this taco bell often becaue i dont work far from it. Usually the staff is kind and sweet but it seems the shift lead can make a big difference in how the staffs day goes. My last trip there no one greeted me no one used manners and my food was made poorly. I called to complain because it isnt normal and felt the shift lead could use the knowledge that the team wasnt performing tmto the best of their abilities. When I called and got ahold of the shift lead who was on at 12 30 on Saturday 11/7 i could tell just through the manner in which he was speaking to me why his team was in performing. He was monotoned and not ever thr slightest bit forgiving about my visit today. I know that most of the staff in this store will greet you with a smile and manners so it seems to me your shift leads need a lesson leadership and customer service.
