I have to say I just left there. It's 3:07 A.M. I was in the drive thru for 45 minutes. There were 2 lady workers in there only on a Friday night. By themselves shame on you Jack and the box!!!! Let me say best food I've ever had there and it was just them ladies!!! Good job!!!!! If you want to work somewhere else ladies I got you! More pay and better treatment than you get there! Thank you for that hard work!

Tried the burger with swiss. Don't plan on trying it again.
The bread or bun was so dry it crackled when I opened and removed it from the sandwich box.
The meat was a square dry patty that appeared to have been there for hours maybe and it was not warmed enough to melt the cheese.
After dismantling most of it to find some gooey buttery stuff under the bread, I nibbled off a bit but it was distasteful. Even the fries are cold.

Employees were rushing the drive though. Drinks taste weird. Not following covid restrictions. Watched employee sweep the floor not wash her hands and grab food with her bare hands

They were doing a system update when I came there for my lunch (I work nights) and the cashier was just so sweet. Idk if other people were being extra over it, but that kid went above and beyond to make my experience better.

This was my first time ever experiencing a Jack in the Box and I must say I was very impressed with the burgers. We ordered the fries loaded with chili and cheese and it was a bit too salty in my opinion. The establishment was clean and well kept and the stadf members were very friendly.

Went on Christmas eve when Nothing else was open. Sure there was a line at the drive thru, but it wasn't terrible. Plus they were very nice about making my Breakfast Burrito customized for me, since I don't eat eggs. It was delicious, like everything else I've had there, and I was just very glad they were open. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

This place is great!! We love their food 😋!! I had just got out of the ER and it was very late but they were still open. We ordered the Egg Rolls...they're AWESOME!! YOU GET 3 in an order, don't sound like much but they're filling and just the right amount!

I was the 3rd car in the drive through line at 11:57 am today. Relieved my food at 12:24 pm!?!? And to top it all off my burger was cold and not seasoned hardly, cheese not melted and my fries were cold too. After waiting for nearly 30 minutes can I please get semi warm food atleast.
