The self order kiosk wasn't working correctly. I told one of the workers about it and they didn't seem like they really cared. I'm confused as to why they charge $2 for a small Carmel Frappe, but $4.10 for a medium and $4.85 for a large. There were other strange pricings on other items that didn't make sense. Keep an eye on the pricing to make sure and get the best deal.

Sometimes they will have specific girls with a hell of an attitude problem. I even saw one of em making funny faces as someone was ordering hoping I would join in, to make fun of them. Sorry I'm there just for the food not there for hoody's. If you don't engage them something will be wrong with your food. They gave me fries that were so cold, it had to been sitting out for more than an hour. There was an live ant running around inside my burger box as soon as I opened the package and grabbed the burger box. It was too odd that it was in the box and it made it all the way into the package unseen. hmm

They gave us the wrong order which was okay at first… then they asked us what we ordered, took them 4 times to understand it. Then we looked into the bag and once again it was 4 cheeseburgers and 2 fries. We ordered nothing close to that. All I have to say is that your employees need to slow down and take their time. Now we are off to Carl’s Jr. to receive better service.
