The servixe was not great for other people I noticed were waitting for a long while. Then this dark heavy set kid gave this older gentleman an attitude over his hash browns. That was really rude. Telling him with an attitude" however long it takes for them to make it".. That is not good customer service.
Nice clean open space bright and welcoming
They had me in and out of the drive thru quickly and the employees especially Jeremiah provided excellent service in the short time I was there. Really brightened my day to stop by a place that values it's customers.
I don't normally write reviews but this has happened a couple of times. This is more specifically for corporate. Please, if you are selling breakfast all day let it be your entire menu. If you are selling breakfast for part of the day let it be the entire menu. At one McDonald's they don't make mcgriddles or biscuits after 10 or 11. Another McDonald's only sells oatmeal, parfaits, pancacks, and sausage burritos... You can't even get a hash brown. I'm not mad, just a bit confused. If you are going to make a big deal about this and then and then don't deliver, then I could keep my hopes and time to myself.
The drive thru was quick and efficient, and workers were up to the tasks with smiling faces, great place.
Loved the McRib! But there were no free refills at this location in Memorial City Mall.
It was fine having been in a while changed the menu a lot now have a kiosk u can order from
