We love this place! Fajitas beef/chicken, charo beans, rice, mojitos, and their hot sauce is warm. The best mexican food we've had.
Every visit has been great with the last visit at Valentine's Day. I had the shrimp cocktail (excellent flavor), red snapper vera cruz with grilled squash (exceptional) and mexican chocolate ice cream with Strawberries and Kahlua (perfect).
The service was prompt and courteous. Food was amazing. Will be back soon!
I had a great experience during my first visit to Sylvia’s Enchilada Kitchen. The staff was absolutely amazing. Our waitress was very professional and extremely knowledgeable of the menu and food items. The staff continuously kept our table clean and drinks full as we moved from chips and salsa, to our fajita nachos appetizer, to our main courses. If you’re adventurous, I would recommend trying the south of the border enchilada culinary tour. It came with 4 unique enchiladas, each one having such a distinct and unique taste. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and the atmosphere and will return to try more menu items!
Some of the zestiest enchiladas I've had.
Very flavourful. The presentation was eye-catching and mouth watering. The best part of the experience was the food, from there everything fell off. Our server did her best and it was obvious she was new, she did an amazing job. I believe she will become a phenomenal server. The ambiance left much to be desired.
Absolutely loved this local favorite I had never been to before. But have been wanting to do so. Sylvia's Enchiladas were as delectable as I have been hoping they would be! The Beef Fajita enchilada was especially good as was the Mexico City and the Chicken Mole enchilada enchilada was delicious too! Good service too, festive decor and very nice!
The Chilean Sea Bass was amazing! It was cooked just right, flakey, moist and a buttery delicate flavor. It came with a delicious side salad. Our server, Gigi, was outstanding. I had forgotten to tell her that I wanted my salad dressing on the side. When she brought our salads she said "I remembered you like your dressing on the side."
I appreciate excellent food and service Sylvia's Enchilada Kitchen delivered both!
Sylvia's is a fantastic spot for chips and slasa, drinks, and enchiladas! Their salsa is warm and has a distinctive flavor. My personal favorite in town...their enchiladas are great with tons on options. Great location and easy to park.
Theresa our waitress was very attentive and cordial the place was nice and clean, food was delicious and the atmosphere were nice and cozy. I definitely come back again 🙂
The food at this venue is excellent. They have a nice selection and have good drinks. In addition, on Sundays, they have a brunch that is really nice. Not on the level of Hugo’s, but the prices are also not as high as Hugo’s. It is a nice place to spend a meal with family and friends.
There is an outdoor area that one can bring pets and the staff will bring a water bowl.
The waitstaff are very nice and accommodating. The dining area and bathrooms are very clean. Overall a fun place and open and friendly atmosphere.
I've heard a lot about these enchiladas and I have wanted to take the enchilada cooking class that Sylvia does. The service, the food and the atmosphere were exceptional. The frozen watermelon margarita was delicious as well
Sylvia's is a solid choice for lunch. The service was prompt, friendly and courteous. Our server gave a great recommendation on the Mexican enchiladas. Those are a definte five star. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. The salsa was ok but plentiful. It's very close to crossing the into the 5 star arena. I would definitely visit again.
The best part about our visit was our server, Gigi. She was so helpful and went above and beyond to make our experience great. We had a birthday celebration, and Gigi even put fun candles on the cake that we really enjoyed. The only suggestions I would give are to have more A/C. It was very hot. Also, the flautas were a little dry.
