Well you guys know I love to have a deal. So my grandson wanted pizza and wings since he's so particular about the things he likes to eat I figured I'd take him to CiCi's birthday that way he can have a selection of what it is that he would like to eat and he'll be able to make a special request. For me I have the option of salad which is on my menu.

Staff was super friendly. Food was okay. They were putting out fresh pizzas and it was 8:30ish.🍕 The salad bar looked fresh. It's close to my VFW post, and I'd go back .

I have been to Cici’s countless times throughout my life. This store was a whole next level from the rest. Every pizza was cooked perfectly. The cinnamon rolls and other side items were as well. To top it all off, the staff was very kind and eager to help. They even asked us if we had a specific pizza we wanted instead of waiting for the request. 10/10 recommend this location.

I know Cicis is a franchise, and not all will be the same. This was a great restaurant to be! It was great, good food and great service! Even the new person was very customer friendly. Good job!

Great food! Service was also great . Pizza was the classic great Cicis tast. More people need to go here! Pizza was constantly being changed out. Was empty on a Friday night. I would recommend music or the tvs to be on to create some mood.

Not as modern or nostalgic like when I was a kid but the food was fresh and the ppl were polite and had clean bathrooms. Loud Hispanic music tho, maybe would have been nice if a variety so not just stuck on a one track station but was decent than how pizza has become in a lot of areas. No idea how much everything was but there pasta was super good!

I did take out so I can't vouch for atmosphere. But ordering was easy, order was correct and on time. Service was acceptable.

I don't get the negative reviews. The food was nice and fresh, and when they consistently put out fresh pizza as the older ones sitting on the buffet start to run out. The wings were good and I loved the buffalo chicken pizza they had. I was passing through the area and decided to try this location since the one that used to be in my neighborhood closed about 5 years ago. Food was great overall and will be back soon!

Like most Cici's, the pizza was good and made to order if there's something special you want. The deserts were good as well. The music was awesome (80-90s songs) and not incredibly loud. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because they don't have red pepper flakes anymore, and they had no French dressing. The salad options were also limited.

Super clean ...pizza was fresh and they kept buffet full at all times manager was super nice and staff was really nice engaging everyone in restaurant salad bar was super clean best location in Houston so glad they brought it back Definitely coming back especially for that giant pizza
