This is my third time visiting this location, cakes are exactly as ordered and ready on time The cones are fresh and crunchy Clean environment, and the staff are all very friendly and patient.

I went into to this particular establishment and I was greeted with a smile. The first thing that I did notice was cleanliness of the store. The customer service was fantastic!! They were very patient with my kids not being able to decide what flavor they wanted. The cakes are decorated beautifully . I had to even give a thumbs up on the cleanliness of there restrooms. The smiles and the customer service keeps me going back.

Super sweet and friendly staff greeted us as we walked in. Both Natalie and Seth we're such a great help finding the right flavors for our palates today. My son and I love to come here for relaxation after a long day.

Beside that I love their ice cream, the staff at this location is awesome!!!!!!! They are super sweet n friendly......... there was two girls n one guy that said he was in training n the girls seemed so patience with him n still giving us great customer service by smiling n being courteous n I say that because they didn’t have my flavor ice cream (cotton candy) n they gave me many options to try to make sure I was satisfied and they accomplished it because I was very happy with my next favorite ice cream flavor (icing on the cake) I will be keep coming here as long as they r in business

I’ve been a customer at this location for a few years now. It is a great place to cool off from the Texas heat. They are very friendly and the store is always clean! It is a bit pricey for a cone though. I recommend the gold medal ribbon.

The service here is amazing. Every time I go in I'm greeted by the person behind the counter with a smile. They allow you to have samples of flavors you're unsure about and if you haven't seen their cakes you should ask to see them. I ordered one for my mom for mother's day because they are so beautiful. The place is always so clean and I've been satisfied with not only their service, but their ice cream as well. Natali is one of the girls that works there and not to brag about her but she's pretty freaking awesome and so is the manager Cynthia. If you cant tell i go here a lot. I cant recommend this Baskin-Robbins location enough! If you have had a bad experience, I'm positive your next visit will be so much better!

As Tmobile users we received a $2. credit so we met up with other family members for an ice cream social. We of course paid more than the credit we had. It was well worth it for the great ice cream and time with the family. It would be nice if there were more outside benches in this shopping center. My wife and I have been going to Baskin Robbins since 1970 when we were dating. Still great ice cream with some of the same flavors from 1970 that we still love. This Kingwood store has been in the same location for decades and we hope it stays here.

Decided to take a long walk with our dogs and stop for ice cream! Sent my girl In to grab us 2 fancy cones with 3 scoops each, while stayed with the dogs outside. I'm sure the employees thought she looked silly carrying both but it definitely made for a perfect little date♡ great jobs guys

Clerks running the store were very pleasant. The ice cream was delicious. The store was very clean. Very nice place to enjoy some ice cream with my sisters and my niece before the Christmas holiday.
