Haven't been there in a long time, but I can only imagine that the food is still delious. The chicken wings are the best!!!!
We travel from San Antonio to Houston at least once a month for their wings. The kids like the Orange chix and Mongolian beef also. They really need to open locations in SA. We love the food and the value for the money spent!!!!!
Very good food, beyond fair prices, huge portions, the staff is super nice too, I’ve never been disappointed here it’s one of my and my fiancé’s favorite spots for sure.
I don't frequent this restaurant much but when I do, I get the rice and chicken wings for my daughter and I purposely go for their general Chao chicken (orange chicken). I gave them 3 stars because this is the first time I've been disappointed in the taste and texture of general Chao (orange chicken).

if you just go and get your food you should be good. wings dinner with any type of rice will be a hit for a cheap dinner. DNT forget the koolaid
The food is reasonably priced. The restaurant was hot. My husband was sweating while we waited for our food.

The wait time for the food wasn’t long. The food tasted fine. The fried rice was basically just oil, rice, and small amounts of chopped onions. There weren’t anything else in it and had lack of seasoning. Fries were crispy and hot, just tasted bland though, didn’t add in enough salt. Came back to order different types of food, NOTE: The chicken dishes besides the General Pao Chicken, were more spicy than expected.

TimmyChans is the best chicken in Houston Texas . All the other bug name commercial chicken places are good but Timmys been holding down the hood for generations . It’s 4 or 5 legendary locations and this one on Bissonet in southwest Houston is my go to spot ..they except credit cards/debit ( with id) . I always get the 10 wings with a shrimp fried rice and two egg rolls . Or the general Joe chicken with two egg rolls .

Food was actually good, rice not hard or dried up. Chicken was great as well.
