As I pulled up to the drive through speaker box, Ms. Sylvia gave me a very kind greeting. She took my order in such a polite and hospitable manner.
A gentleman served my food, then I asked to meet her. A warm greeting at the drive through window, we got to exchange our love for dogs. It was nice to interact with someone who really loved their job.
She has been at this KFC location for 3 years, and with the company longer! I hope to see her again next time I stop by :)
We just had a taste for KFC chicken. So, we stopped in at the KFC near Dairy Ashford & Westheimer Road. We noticed the Manager Monica East, and how she was speaking with a kind voice to each customer and employees. Her and my wife really had great conversations. The store was clean and smell like someone was cooking some good fried chicken. The outside area was clean as well.
We just wanted to give Monica her recognition for making our lunch date special with great service. Continue to do great work with kindness and great communication.
One of the best KFC locations, love the manager...however the last time I was there they forgot my strips hence the 4 instead of 5 stars. Consider it a 'tip'. But you can bet that before I just walk out again, I'll check what's in the bag 😉
Chicken is good. Lots of good options for sides. Biscuits are great. Lots of the nearby restaurants are dry and flavorless. Kfc has definitely increased their prices a lot making it much less desirable and I order it a lot less now.
This location is delicious and always taste “finger licking good.” Especially when compared to the hwy 6 and other locations which can be a hit or a miss (chicken and fries tasting old and biscuit rock hard at other locations. Only giving this place a 4/5 because they accidentally gave me coleslaw instead of mashed potatoes and gravy on one of my meals’ sides.
Great food and service. I call ahead and it's always ready, fresh, hot, and correct. Its not the closest but definitely the best. Monica has a great crew.
Long time without been in one of these but I think I missed the crispy they do. Nice crew. Clean place. Fast service.
The food was really good, but it's gone up a lot. I haven't eaten fast food I awhile so I enjoyed it. The gravy for the mashed potatoes needs some seasoning in it. The biscuits were fresh and moist. The chicken wasn't just cooked but, I enjoyed it. MIRACLES PEACE FAITH AND BLESSINGS ✝️
Restaurant is very clean. Manager was very polite and efficient. Food was fresh and perfectly cooked.
