Sunday eve at 1809 and it is nice and quiet at this McDonald"s we enjoy it the staff are freindly and it is well kept

Ordered at the kiosk & wanted to pay in cash at the register. Took about 10 minutes before I was even acknowledged. Drive through and Door Dash/Uber Eats seemed to be the priority. There should always be someone available running all aspects of the business.
Have been here a number of times to get an iced hazelnut coffee for about ¢99 plus tax. It's not bad. Can't find it this cheap anywhere else! It's usually quiet to sit in for a bit. Order ready fairly fast since it's just drink. Otherwise good spot.
I love bringing my kids here for an evening of spend to just spend an hour playing in the playplace. It's something I thoroughly enjoyed as a kid and I love to see my kids doing the same. The atmosphere is relaxed and cool and there's always table service for us lazy folks.

I have to say that My experience in this store is always through the drive truh and all the staff are always very friendly and super nice but...
I must say that there is a lady(don't remember her name sorry) who is super friendly, loving and very attentive,
Because of people like her, it doesn't matter if it's 5am or midnight, you always want to arrive because you know that they will take care of you very well! God bless all that people in this store and..

I like this McDonald's on Elgin @ Cullen. The contemporary dining room has booths, tables with chairs and a long counter with stools.
The cashier who assisted me was friendly and service was prompt. I ordered a sausage biscuit and coffee. The biscuit was fresh and the sausage patty was piping hot.
