I walked into the Starbucks location on 5801 Kirby Dr (West University) on a Monday afternoon just after lunch. Uncharacteristic of me, I found myself asking the barista questions about coffees, and she seemed to be OK with it. No issues for me with the service. My coffee order came out right. This location is small, or maybe the layout makes it seem smaller than it is. Also, it has limited parking. I would imagine that this might cause issues during the morning rush. This location does have a drive through.
So grateful to the staff- specifically Aaron! Really great personality, upbeat, kind and helped me when another location did not have the drink I ordered on the app. So grateful for the sincerity, highly recommend this location over others! They all deserve bonuses!!!
Went thru drive thru. They were working on intercom and missed us the young man at the window apologized and gave us our drinks free. All in all a pleasant mishap.
The medicine ball was very very necessary today. This weather has my allergies everywhere on the spectrum. But the best fix is alway a Grande Medicine Ball. And my drive thru barista made my fur baby happy as well. This location never fella - just have to endure the parking lot obstacle course to get into the drive thru line.
This is literally my favorite Starbucks in Houston! Always quick, never ever a bad drink or food. Their services is always excellent!
Not that I like that this location no longer has seating, nor a restroom. However, they have impeccable customer service as I was approaching my car my drink fell to the ground by the time I got back inside their excellent staff had already begun to remake it two thumbs up.

A very pleasant way to start your morning. Good looking, young, and motivated cohesive team. Amazing to see each and everyone of them accomplish efficiencies. A breeding ground for management.
Not to say their drive thru is fast. The coffee drinks always the right mixture. The food well prepared and always as expected
The food and service at this location is as expected, which is top-notch!
Most of my experiences are in drive-thru. While the service was fast and efficient, I particularly find the drive-thru line guidance to be less than satisfactory.
At only five cars deep. The last car is already on the main street which is only three cars from the main road. It seems to be a location issue as most Kirby drive businesses are spaced very interestingly near the main road.
Otherwise I'll keep coming to this place for the food and great customer service.

Just Drive Thru store, even though you can order inside, it is a good option to order ahead. No tables, neither chairs for seating. Very fast services.
A great Starbucks to go to. I come here to grab coffee in the morning before work and today hit better than normal. Got coffee for my team and I. This location got my two carriers together fast. Thanks y’all
