Went thru drive thru. They were working on intercom and missed us the young man at the window apologized and gave us our drinks free. All in all a pleasant mishap.

Not that I like that this location no longer has seating, nor a restroom. However, they have impeccable customer service as I was approaching my car my drink fell to the ground by the time I got back inside their excellent staff had already begun to remake it two thumbs up.

great drinks BUT terrible location because of traffic. I did 5 stars on the batista itself and good customer service. but when Kirby is busy, it's sometimes difficult to exit the parking lot after you have retrieved your order.
