My boyfriend took me here on Friday night for a surprise date night out. He has been wanting to come here for awhile and we finally made it! First impressions, the interiors are a little boring, or trying to be contemporary in a cold way. The impressive part is the infused soju display at the entryway, that made me actually want to enter. The service staff was very good from the beginning, quite attentive and knowledgeable. They inquired if it was our first time and then walked us through the menu with several recommendations, it was a nice touch as I could see many dishes being a mystery if not familiar with korean cuisine. We ordered only a handful of plates to share as we weren't very hungry, however the server brought us a couple items on the house as a welcome gesture. So we were stuffed by the end! The highlight items were the house kimchi, the kale and tapioca chips, the shishito peppers and the fluke. The only dish that was a miss was the shrimp and spinach pancake. It was a recommendation from a friend and I don't know what was missed in translation but it had no oomph and wow factor like the other dishes we ordered. The kale chips might have been the most surprising, they look like some other-worldly creature but had an incredible flavor and texture. We also ordered the soju flight of 4 infusions of our choice, we went with the server's recommendations of blueberry, apple, grapefruit and pineapple. All were good except the blueberry, something was off about it. All in all, great experience, will be back!

I keep forgetting to write this review, but since I have been better and making them I needed to revisit and shower my praise: My girlfriend and I stopped in after a pretty rough vacation and flight. We were both upset, and we arrived near closing time. Long story short, the food was amazing, and the staff was incredible. They even offered a couple complimentary dishes because one of our orders took longer than expected to come out (which wasn't really even that long!). We both left full and in incredible spirits. We will go again, and you should too.

Dosi is a welcome Korean soju bar/restaurant in a part of town without a lot of Korean options. Though, the owners will say that it's not really Korean food, but Korean-inspired Asian food. Whatever it is, it's good, and the many varieties of flavored infused sojus are delicious (lychee is the best!). The plates are mostly tapas-style shareable bites, though there are a few larger options as well. A great place for a night out!

The chef here is a culinary genius! Everything I've had there has been amazing and their happy hour specials are hard to beat as well. Dosi has something for everyone. I highly recommend it!
