Sat at the bar. Me and the lady had a frozen marg each and split a mixed fajta platter for 1. Grand total? $37!! Best deal around! Food was exceptional, although the meat could have used some extra butter.
It's nice to see that another local favorite hasn't changed too much after all these years. It has easily been over 5+ years since we've visited El Rancho, but everything still tastes the same; which is good thing! We have family members that go here because they swear that El Ranchero has the best Fajitas Poblano anywhere. We like the cheese enchiladas,chicken dishes, and their fajita meat is in our top 10 for local Mexican restaurants. Friday nights here used to be slammed, and there would be a wait to be seated, but on our last Friday night visit (June 2022) their were plenty of places available to sit. The restaurant wasn't dead by any means but it was nowhere near max capacity like back in the day. The food tasted great and the portion size is still just right. Most of the staff was helpful and friendly, but tend to vanish at the moments you need them most; for refills, to get to-go boxes, the check, etc. We will try not to wait so long before coming back here again.
Have been here many times and most of the time the service and food are excellent. Occasionally there's rude service but mainly they are spot on. Love their grilled veggies.
So, after doing my grocery shopping I happen to look at the back of the receipt. I noticed a coupon for El Ranchero Mexican Restaurant for Fajitas for one for $11.95. I don't ever use coupons when choosing my dining preference but, I decided to try this one. I had the beef fajitas for one which came with refried beans, rice, 4-tortillas and guacamole. I also got tortilla chips with salsa. The chips were warm n crispy and the salsa was warm n delish! I like the salsa so much I put some on the fajitas. The food n service were excellent. I highly recommend it. Maybe I need to check the back of my receipts more often for more restaurant choices!😋🍲🥑😋
One of my favorite Mexican food spot in town! The staff is very friendly and nice. Service is great also as food quality. Fajita beef is my all time favorite. I can’t find any fajita beef spot that better than this.
The food was really good served fast & hot. I had the Cancun platter very good so much food & the tamales 🫔 were delicious

I had dinner here on Thursday. This was my first time. This was the best authentic Mexican food I have had in a very long time. The chips were very fresh, the salsa was good and the fajita enchiladas were to die for. And my beverage was so good 😋I will definitely be back!!!
Had an excellent lunch today. Carntas were spot on. Loved the crispy fried edges. Margaritas are good too
Service was very prompt and the food was delicious. Everyone in my party enjoyed their meal. My sister and I shared the parrillada for 2 and we had leftovers. Highly recommend that place.
