Their staff is so polite and efficient; 10/10 to recommend!! I'm never disappointed when I go through the drive through. The employees are always so helpful and especially kind to guests. Thank you for the chicken!!!
I went to this location today and requested allergen information because I cannot have dairy or soy, and I was pleasantly surprised with the excellent service I received! A manager there (Jeff?) knew exactly what I needed and was very knowledgeable about how the food is prepared. Although I could only eat the fries, I was thoroughly impressed with the amount of information available to customers on each menu item. With so many people having food allergies these days, this was a refreshing change to establishments that can't tell you what is in their food or how it is made!
New store. Love the way they set up the drive-through to keep traffic running smoothly. There was a high volume of customers, in dine, pick up and drive-through. They handled it well. No long wait, and great customer service. Thank you Chick-fil-A, you never seem to fall short.
I come here a lot for lunch. The employees are all great. I wanted to give a shout-out to Yolanda. She always greets everyone, cleans up their trays, and refills their drinks. She is exceptional and reflects positively on the Chick-fil-A brand.
Chick-fil-A delivering like Chick-fil-A should !!! Excellent customer service and same great product !! Staff is always very nice and professional. Had to add a drink at the pickup window and they added it and took payment with no issues !! Added bonus was the traffic directing security guy that stopped on coming traffic so we could get in and out !! Highly recommended!!
Great chick fil a with great customer service
This is the most efficient drive thru ever. They have absolutely mastered the ability to get you thru in under 15 min with warm food and the right order. Sad it's not open on Sundays cause they are delicious
Fast service. Food is fresh and delicious. So far, I haven't had a bad experience here. It does get quite busy during lunch and dinner times but that's to be expected. They still handle peak times very well.

The first time I went thru a chic fil a and my order wasn't right at all. I had to ask them to actually fill my fries, the young man that obliged was very kind. So thank you young man. Asked for unsweet tea because the tea is sooooo sweet but of course got sweet. Also who can survive off 2 chic fil a sauce come on lol. I get only a short amount of time to eat and it's the one respit in my day....
Came here when looking for a Chick-fil-a that had a dining room open. Had lunch here late in the afternoon on Saturday. Parking lot was pretty full but we managed to find a space. Got a grilled chicken sandwich, cobb salad with grilled chicken, peach milkshake, and a diet lemonade. Food and drinks were tasty, though the salad did not seem to be the freshest. Service was fast and friendly. Dining room was clean. Glad we came here.
Food is good for being fast food, pricey but we understand everything has gone up,they get extremely busy, 2 out of three times fries our cold can tell been sitting out for awhile but with 3 of us at 35 dollars a pop that should never happen
I recently moved so this is now my closest Chick-fil-A. The service is great! However, their 3 lane process is inefficient. Often times you get your food before the people in front of you so you have to just wait. There’s no one directing traffic so it’s a bit chaotic on the lot. Meyerland Chick-fil-A has a much smaller lot, but they run a much more efficient process. Here the food is also often cold and even the chicken, which I have never experienced before.
