Alex told us a about a new drink and since I'm programmed to just give my novel of an order i said no thank you even though he highly recommended it and a lovely ladies just passed by saying "it's good 👍🏽". Then my Alex says I'm going to give out a sample just let me know what you think. I'll definitely be ordering that next time . 🚨new coffee ☕ to sample something called "Oleato" got to try ask for Alex! 🤘🏽-ToWn 💯🫡

If this is for my visit at the store in Macy's at Memorial Mall, I gave the 1 star for food because they don't even have an oven for the available hot food items. 🤨🤨🙄

Food and drinks was great. The employees are friendly and helpful. I received my order in a timely manner. The place was a bit dirty tho

The service and the drink were great. Being able to use Starbucks reward program benefits at a mall location is a plus.

Barista was very kind and service was excellent. In all fairness my visit was during a week day where the mall was empty. My Iced Chai Tea Latte came out great.

This starbucks is right around the corner when I need coffee for work. The customer service is always above and beyond. Definitely recommend this starbucks 100%.

I love this Starbucks! Such great team and they maintain a positive attitude especially in a busy mall! You all are so sweet!

The barrista was very friendly to my wife and I. He was very insistent I take advantage of the free water offered by Starbucks. There was a heat advisory that day and he was looking out for my well being. Not very many people care about me so it was a pleasant change of pace. The turn around time on the coffee drink my wife ordered was very quick.
