If this is for my visit at the store in Macy's at Memorial Mall, I gave the 1 star for food because they don't even have an oven for the available hot food items. 🤨🤨🙄
Food and drinks was great. The employees are friendly and helpful. I received my order in a timely manner. The place was a bit dirty tho
The service and the drink were great. Being able to use Starbucks reward program benefits at a mall location is a plus.
Barista was very kind and service was excellent. In all fairness my visit was during a week day where the mall was empty. My Iced Chai Tea Latte came out great.
Staff is very nice and even in busy times they do their best to try and help every customer
This starbucks is right around the corner when I need coffee for work. The customer service is always above and beyond. Definitely recommend this starbucks 100%.

The barrista was very friendly to my wife and I. He was very insistent I take advantage of the free water offered by Starbucks. There was a heat advisory that day and he was looking out for my well being. Not very many people care about me so it was a pleasant change of pace. The turn around time on
