Putting some chains up in the parking lot along the drive through wpuld be great! Seeing how most people never grasped how lines work or learned how to pay attention to the yellow lines on the ground. Two cometely seperate drive through lines instead of one line that splits into one. Kept people from parking, getting out of their spot and kept people from driving through the parking lot
Nice decent place great ambiance. We went as a family get together with coffee at McD’s. Spacious and courteous staff. Enough place to accommodate many people. Clean and tidy.
Love this Mickydee’s on 8th St in Holland they are super .. always get my crazy order correct and always cooked to order … THANK YOU.. and my half&half sweet tea & natural lemonade tastes delicious..
The food was fresh and hot, but that's not why I have decided to leave a review. FINALLY, an employee says good morning to me and gave me great customer service!!! Told me good morning and to have a great day. That little bit goes A LONG WAY. I'm very grateful for that. I did not catch his name, but he has braces and a great smile. Thank you, sir!
It was a normal experience. The food was well prepared and special requests were honored. Our bag was carefully packed, and the employees were polite.
Employee's were not very friendly do not like that you have to stand at the counter waiting for an employee who's working in drive thu to help the dine in customers. They give you that look like your interrupting them. Every McDonald's is that way
Typically almost always get very great service at this McDonald’s. The staff is very friendly. The food is usually pretty good, but sometimes it doesn’t taste super fresh.
Food was cold.. my nuggets tasted like they had been sitting all day cold and stale...I didn't eat them I went through drive Thru and I was out the driveway when I started eating or I would of went back..my husband's food was hot so that was good
Fries and sweet tea. Friendly staff, couldn't hear me at first I guess bad speaker in drive thru. But they were able to fix the correction on my order
This location is very consistent. Food is reliably hot and fresh, sandwiches are put together nicely.
I had an issue with a mobile order after 10pm and the manager Ron took care of my family and I right away. I was really impressed and I think Ron represents the store in a great way.
Make sure if you are ordering late to get there before 10pm because their system won't let them process it after 10.
I went through McDonald's drive thru in Grand Haven. I had a bacon, egg and cheese bagel. It was so fresh. The bagel was so soft! I was very happy with the breakfast sandwhich!
