Nice decent place great ambiance. We went as a family get together with coffee at McD’s. Spacious and courteous staff. Enough place to accommodate many people. Clean and tidy.

It was a normal experience. The food was well prepared and special requests were honored. Our bag was carefully packed, and the employees were polite.
Employee's were not very friendly do not like that you have to stand at the counter waiting for an employee who's working in drive thu to help the dine in customers. They give you that look like your interrupting them. Every McDonald's is that way

Food was cold.. my nuggets tasted like they had been sitting all day cold and stale...I didn't eat them I went through drive Thru and I was out the driveway when I started eating or I would of went back..my husband's food was hot so that was good
Fries and sweet tea. Friendly staff, couldn't hear me at first I guess bad speaker in drive thru. But they were able to fix the correction on my order
This location is very consistent. Food is reliably hot and fresh, sandwiches are put together nicely.
I had an issue with a mobile order after 10pm and the manager Ron took care of my family and I right away. I was really impressed and I think Ron represents the store in a great way.

I went through McDonald's drive thru in Grand Haven. I had a bacon, egg and cheese bagel. It was so fresh. The bagel was so soft! I was very happy with the breakfast sandwhich!
