Went here for our anniversary in September. Burger was great, mocktail was alright, but my favorite was the dessert! It was chefs choice, a blueberry crisp with I think blueberry ice cream. It was so amazing. Sat outside, so we waited a bit for our check at the end but overall great experience :)
Came across this place during a Google search for something new. While making a reservation there is a spot for special requests, although they are not guaranteed. We asked for something to be waiting for us as we have asked at many other places and Salt and Pepper was the first one that actually had it waiting. It was really special to us and the manager came over to chat with us about it later. The server Hailey was very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Our food was well timed between appetizers and entree and it was very tasty and cooked perfectly to order. The food is very reasonably priced and good sized portions. Normally we don't prefer a bar type setting and while there are TVs and such it felt much cozier. 12/10 Would highly recommend.
the food was amazing and tasted very fresh. we sat outside and it was super cute and nice. very clean restaurant, id definitely go again.
This restaurant is awesome, especially the service. They have outdoor seating in the back, away from the road, which is nice and allows dogs. They have a nice 'rule book' for dogs so make sure you take a look at it when you get there if you bring your dog. There servers are nice to bring out bowls of water for the dogs.
Menu has enough selections even for picky eaters.
The servers are really good. Been there several times and we've always had good luck. The kitchen does a great job with being fast.
My family recommends, the American Kobe Steak, the French Dip, and the Burgers are all great.
All in all such an amazing experience!! From the Idaho nachos, to the plentiful tap options, and most of all quick friendly service from the staff. When you walk in the door the hostess are some of the friendliest people at a restaurant I have ever met. They make you feel like family when you walk in the door. Make salt and pepper your next dinner destination!!!

Awesome place to eat. Definitely got our money worth. The food was so good!
Great food. Consistent in how it's made. Consistently good but not overbearing service. Geat atmosphere. Tuesdays they have build your own flight and it's a fun way to try 4 5 Oz samples of some great ales, seltzer, stouts, and more. And the selection changes a lot which is cool. We love this place.
I am very pleased that I tried this place. I started with a cup of Cheddar Ale soup that was very good. It had some crumbled pretzels on top. The Gouda burger I had was soooo tasty. It came with a cup of beer cheese which I used to dip my burger and sweet potato fries in. The other sauce that came with the fries was also delicious. It had a little spicy kick to it. The burger may look a little small at first, but there was a lot of meat there and it was cooked perfectly. Next time I'm in Holland, I will be stopping back in here.
Reservation @ 645p and we were met perfectly on time! Wait staff was very attentive.
The food was good. 4 stars because The Kobe steak was very fatty and more like a basic cut.
Done perfectly as requested, high-five to the chef! Would not recommend the prosciutto appetizer, I'm pretty sure that was just ham on top.
The olive burger is definitely really good, and I quite enjoyed the dinner rolls. Service was good too. I was disappointed however that they charged $2.50 to make a burger vegetarian when that meant removing the bacon & subbing the patty. It's really frustrating when you are served less than what the original item would've contained but charged more to make it accessible. Extra charges like $.5.99 to split an entree made it feel like the place is trying to milk money from as much as it can get. Otherwise, I do really love the decor with the salt and pepper shakers and the overall vibe was quite pleasant.
