This restaurant is one of my favorites. I’m a Grand Rapids resident, but I come out to holland frequently and we stop in at least once or twice a year. Very fair prices and great staff. It is a little cozy space wise, so be prepared to wait a little on Saturday. Well worth it. Great experience.

So glad a local recommended the hashbrown casserole with sausage gravy on top--Absolutely delicious and filling. Ordered the mini size and still had leftovers. He also said the cinnamon roll was a must and it was very tasty. Great food and service. Location could use updating and very small location but the food makes it an absolute must go.

Love this place!! It has a very cute and cozy interior, and was beautifully decorated for Christmas when we came. The service is also great, very friendly. We ordered the deep fried cinnamon roll which was absolutely delicious, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, definitely worth the 2 hour drive from Chicago! If you’re a savory breakfast person, I recommend the Holland omelette. A good tip: if you come on the weekend, plan ahead and be prepared to wait outside for a table as they will not take your name or a reservation.

The Windmill Restaurant was so delicious and well worth the wait. We only waited about 20 minutes on a busy Saturday morning prior to being seated. We had the Birds Nest meal and Hashbrown omelet. Both of these meals were so tasty and unique. It's definitely not something you can find at every diner. The coffee was hot and fresh with plenty of refills available. 0verall, a great breakfast spot!

It's a classic and the best breakfast in town, bar none. Service and food are excellent - highly recommended the hash brown omelet with sausage. Many of the staff have worked there for years and are familiar faces. Be prepared for a little bit of a wait in line to get in unless you get there early.

This is my partner and I's favorite spot on a weekend AM trip to get breakfast! I literally can't get anything but the omelets. They are jam-packed of veggies and meat. The cinnamon rolls are killer, and the staff is on their toes constantly. It's not easy to always get in, but the wait is worth it all!

The breakfast was outstanding. There was very little conversation as we were concentrated on eating. Our coffee was typed off frequently. The wait staff was super friendly and always came at the right time. When I come back to Holland, this will be my first choice for breakfast. Note to anyone wanting to eat here. If you're not early. There will be a long line outside waiting for a seat. This is a small restaurant and got full fast. We had a window seat and counted over 20 people in line. If you get stuck in line, it's well worth the wait.

Quaint little diner in downtown Holland. Hours are a little limited, they close early in afternoon. Good food, and very friendly service. Fairly standard food offerings. Very filling! Deep fried cinnamon roll looked very tempting, but we didn't have room for it.

This place is AMAZING! What a great spot for a field trip, or day trip with the fam! Lot's to do and see, just make sure you wear comfy clothes, shoes, and sunscreen! Throw snacks, drinks & bug spray in a backpack...and hike the day away! Great for outdoor enthusiasts!

Highly recommend the Windmill Restaurant, the food is delicious and the staff very nice and professional. There are many restaurants in Downtown Holland but not many are open. So glad this restaurant was! It’s not a big restaurant, as you can see in picture, it’s like a long alley but being the majority booths it has good capacity inside. The food was so good! The size of the plates were big and the prices were good as well. They serve breakfast all day, not sure of the hours during the week, but on Sundays it closes at 2pm.
