Tonight, we had a great experience. The service was top notch. The food was cooked as requested.
Thank you to Charles, our server with the tattoos. I believe you said it was your second day. You definitely were on your game, and provided excellent service to our table.
Don't come here expecting to get actual A-1 steak sauce. Oh, they ask you if you want it, but what you get is a "house blend" sauce. When asked about it, the story is that the corporate office will not allow the restaurant to order it to have for their customers. So, they make it themselves in-house. It is quite nasty by comparison to the real thing. The rolls that they serve are piping hot, but the butter is cold and hard. Those two things don't go together very well. You end up with smashed down bread and cold hard lumps of butter laying about instead of smooth buttery bread. The steak that I had gotten was slightly overcooked for medium but was still juicy and tender. Overall, minus the sauce deception, the food was good. The service was good and the atmosphere was good. The table we were seated at was cleared but not clean when we were shown to the table, but it was cleaned by our server quickly.

Took the kids out to dinner after completing school shopping. We haven't been here in so long and I did stop going to chain restaurants for awhile.
Well this visit did not disappoint. Customer service was fantastic.
The rolls were fresh and hot. The onion rings came out hot and had descent flavor.
My son ordered the boneless Buffalo wings and said they were good. So with teenage verbiage, it had flavor and a nice kick. Lol
I wanted a steak but usually the steak, in the past, lack flavor and is usually dry. But my daughter picked the New York steak strip and it was fantastic. Plenty of flavor and cooked as ordered. She chose a Ceasar salad and baked potato. Ceasar salad was worth getting.
I got the Shrimp stacked salmon. Lightly blackened 8 oz. salmon fillet served over mashed potatoes and topped with a creamy spinach sauce and mesquite-grilled shrimp. BUT, I asked for the mashed potatoes to be on the side. I didn't want my seafood on top of the mashed potatoes. The shrimp had a kick to it, as well as the sauce. But I like a little kick to my food. I had to add some salt to my salmon. Overall it was a 7 out of 10. If I was in the mood for seafood I would get it again. But the bite of my daughter's steak would make me lean towards getting the steak. Lol
Great food and great customer service this time around.
My husband and I have been here twice- and both times we managed to get the same server- Miss Sadie. She not only remembered us, but she once again did a 5* job. Restaurants come and go, and the food may keep you going back, but it's the service you get that really makes you return to a certain place. Sadie made our lunch out a lovely, memorable adventure; and that will keep us coming back. The food is also very good, and well prepared. The cheesecake dessert is amazing! The atmosphere here is relaxing, and the booths give enough of a feeling of privacy that it's still enjoyable when they're very busy.
Steak is well-seasoned and flavorful, needing no steak sauce.
NY Strip a bit thinner than found elsewhere.
Steak was slightly overcooked, possibly due to thinness. A thicker steak plus existing preparation would've nailed it.
Coke Zero is available on-site but not at the bar, strangely. Yet the server offered it anyway going out-of-their-way; very appreciated.
Good food. Rolls are always the best. Service is great. Atmosphere is good.

Just leaving Logan‘s roadhouse in Holland Michigan. Food was great! We were served prompt, and the food was piping hot. We were lucky enough to have a server named Hannah who was pleasant knowledgeable quick with service, and did everything with a smile..we are from Illinois but we will definitely be back. We enjoyed our 3 visits during a recent trip to Holland, MI. The food was great and the restaurant was clean. On our second visit, we had a waitress who initially had a bit of an attitude, but she came around and we enjoyed our dinner. If it weren't for her, I would have given you an overall 5.
Yummy food, wish they didn't leave Muskegon ;)
