Wendy's

Came through the drive thru at 330pm. One car ahead of me, no visible customers inside. Was instructed to pull ahead to wait for my food. When the car ahead of me left, i was instructed to pull forward to where they were. I did so. One car behind me. The guy who came out to deliver my food scolded me for not pulling "all the way up" - 2 more feet. Got home and the burgers were wrong, overcooked yet cold, burnt fries that were also cold, and no straws for my beverages. $26 paid to get the hint to never go back. If I could do zero stars, I would have.

There was two cars in front of me in line at the drive through. The first car waited a few minuets to be asked to order, the next car they said “just a minuet please” and we waited another 5-10 minuets and when she finally took their order she was laughing the entire time like she was high on something… finally when it was time for me to order (I initially came for a sprite only then decided while waiting for the other two cars a French fry & frosty would be nice) they asked me to yet again give them a minuet which turned into 10… if I wasn’t committed at this point I would have left. When she finally asked me what I’d like I said “just a large sprite please” out of fear ordering two more items would cause a longer delay. And since there was now a line of 5+ cars behind me. Once getting to the window I realized there were 3-4 workers up front talking and one of them probably could have took my order to avoid making everyone wait in life for a ridiculous amount of time just to even order.
