Food was good, service was mostly good, it took quite a while for us to pay for our meal as our waitress wasn't looking at us as she walked by.

Our server was great. The food was fair. The young man hosting and cleaning tables (Angel) was polite and while seeing him wipe down table he was very thorough. He cleaned under everything, cleaned the edges of the table, the seats, I even saw him sanitizing menus. Great job!

Food was cold when we got it there wasn't too many people waiting for there food so no reason for it to be cold price is way to high was there almost a hour and did not get a refill she took our order gave us our drinks and food and never came back till she gave us the bill

Visited the IHOP in Hixson and had a wonderful waitress Heidi. However the management there is much to be desired. They sent her out to our table with these hash browns and thought I would be ok with this. Needless to say I wasn’t. She made it right but I doubt we will ever go back.

I ordered curbside. I was told "we don't do that" and that you have to come in and get your order. My order was scheduled to be picked up at 10:12am. I went in and I received my order at 10:28. To top it off my hash browns were not in the bag so I had to wait in line for over 5 minutes to even let them know. The reasons given were we are short staffed after I brought this before the manager. There is no excuse for poor customer service. One minute to run an order to a car cannot be much of a hindrance.

Food is great. Cook needs to learn how to cook bacon. Out of 2 recent visits bacon was either chewy or way over cooked (almost charred). With both of those visits, we had the same hostess and after seating and taking our order, she did not check on us again the whole visit. Wasn't like she was up to her ears in clients as there was only maybe 5 (plus or minus 1) other tables occupied at that time. Other than that, I have no complaints.

Excellent service Megan was very nice and on top of things. The food was superb. The hostess stated the food would take about 45 minutes due to lack of help but it was out in less time and hot. Great!

The last 3 experiences here:
-Entire staff was drunk, but service was okay
-No one helped us after 5 minutes of standing at the entrance
-Waiter was so high that he forgot to take our order for 20 minutes, then didn't put it in for another 15... Didn't give us the check, after asking 3 times, and then took so long to get the money, we ended up going to the front and giving it to someone else.
Never again.
