Little Tokyo Express

We ordered one kids meal and one entree plus 2 drinks. There was a total of 4 table occupied with 2 people at each. We waited a total of 27 minutes for our food. We paid $23. The difference of portions from kids to adult definitely didn't make sense when looking at the prices. The rice had a stale almost plastic taste. It was wasted so kid only got the bites of teriyaki chicken. As people left a young woman came out to "clean tables" but she didn't clean any that were just vacated. She merely sprayed the closest edge and swiped once then walked away. So I don't think it's a particularly clean situation based on that. No attention to sanitizing which is a mistake while we're still in COVID conditions. The ordering area was nice and cool but the dining area was very hot. AC was absolutely not functioning that direction. Our legs stuck to the vinyl seats. Very uncomfortable. Overall the price,taste and wait time makes this a one time stop for us. I cannot imagine using the drive thru and having to sit out in the sun and heat waiting for that long.
