Gm manager Daniel was very disrespectful food was old I ordered at 9:30 called at 10:01 after getting home there was no sauce on pasta added sauce and seasoning as well was hardly any chicken in pasta. Pictures explains itself. Boneless wings were cold as well as egg rolls He told me to call the main office and he was not going to refund my money. Daniel started throwing away my food after telling me to call corporate. One of the employees threw tea on me. Very rude employees. I can keep going if I can give zero stars I would. I even asked for them to re cook food. He also said that chicken fingers had been eaten on the kids meal with the old mash potatoes which were cold as well their service is horrible. Jenny is the best bartender I have had at this location, by far!!!!! She is so attentive and willing to help guide through the menu. Able to help customers with drink recommendations and food recommendations! She is also just the cutest, most polite server at this establishment!!! Highly recommend sitting at the bar at this location and asking for Jenny!!!

Some places are still short staffed, it's a covid Buden era reality. They had a 40 minute wait for a table.
We opted for the Bar. The bartenders were friendly but extremely busy. Ours got our order in pretty quick and made sure to keep an eye on us.
I got the budget chicken pasta dish and it wasnt very memorable, really needed more parmesan or hot sauce.
My friend was happy with the new avocado chicken dish

Used to be one of my favorite places to eat, but after my most recent experience I will not be back. Was picking up food curbside for my moms birthday. She forgot to put my white spinach queso in the original order so she called the store and they said they could add it, I would just need to pay for the queso separately when I got there. No problem, got there and gave the guy who came out my debit card to pay for the queso. He comes back several minutes later with my card and the food. I double check the food, no queso. I go in up to the to-go counter and inform them that I did not receive the white spinach queso I just paid for. The same guy doing to-go looked at me suspiciously, obviously not believing me and asked to come look at the order himself. Fine, no problem. He came out to my car and looked in the bags (he kept asking if I “just didn’t see it”) then picked up a cup of soup asking me if that wasn’t my queso… I said no that’s not it, it’s white spinach queso (the soup was a reddish color by the way) After he rifled through the bags for quite some time (which really irritated me, I understand people aren’t always honest about these things but it was obvious at this point I genuinely had not received what I paid for ) he finally was satisfied that I did not have the queso, gave a half-hearted apology and went back inside to get the queso (and chips, I would also like to add that I did not receive any chips which are always supposed to come with any salsa/queso/dip from there) He finally brings it out in a bag after several more minutes & I went home. I should have checked it more thoroughly; however, I had said specifically many times what it was I had ordered. I get home and see they had given me the skillet queso with beef instead of the white spinach queso I ordered. I wouldn’t have been so bothered if the white spinach queso wasn’t more expensive than the skillet queso, and the skillet queso has beef in it which I do not eat. Called to get a refund and the manager kept trying to persuade me to accept a coupon for a free queso the next time I come in instead. I had to adamantly refuse this a few times because I informed them that I will not be coming back to this location. I did receive my refund ultimately but it was a very annoying process and I am very disappointed in both the service and quality of this location.

Chili's use to be a great place to go to but now there menu is old and the food has gotten to be just ok. They have started using the excuse of being short staffed to overlook great customer service like they use to. The chips and salsa are the only reason we keep going back

Corrie, Kacie, and Andres the manager were awesome. We will always choose this location over all other locations including Cleveland. The above three went above and beyond without question or hesitation. This is our favorite location.

Used curbside so did not have to get out of the car. Our order was ready at the time specified. The food was well made.
