Heavenly Wings

Sorry, I don’t like this place but my grandsons do. I wanted to give a special shout out to a young lady who gave us a new game card because my grandson lost his, when she very well could have told me I had to buy a new one. I thought that was extremely sweet of her, the right thing to do, and it turns out that he didn’t lose it, he put it in my purse and I found it when we were leaving 🙄 so I gave it back to her so hopefully the register balanced out… I don’t remember her name but she was great.

Shout out to the employees here! They're obviously slightly under staffed HOWEVER, they were on top of it! The pizzas were fresh & hot and the floor staff really surprised me. Despite being very young, they were extremely courteous and helpful. (Shame on me for being judgy!) You kids rock, keep up the good work.

This was our first time eating at this location and will be our last. Pizza was good and hot but we began to notice sanitation issues while we were sitting there. First thing, a worker started cleaning off the tables next to us wiping the crumbs off the tables side to side on the chairs and didn't wipe off the chairs. Leaving the chairs for the next customers to clean off or sit on. But the main thing that caught our eye was food preparation. The lady making the pizza didn't wear gloves. She touched her face atleast once and continued to make pizzas, picking up pepperoni and the cheese bare handed. I couldn't believe it, I made a video. No employee that we saw on the prep or service area wore gloves, bare handed, touching food, very unsanitary.

So I decide to take my mom, my fiancé, and I out today just to recieve bad service. It was not worth the $30 I paid for the food and $10 for me and my fiance to play the games. The table we sat at was not cleaned off and had a little bit of food left on it. When I asked about getting a pizza for just us three to share at our table, they told us they were not allowed to do so which is unlike the other locations. The lady who said it was very rude and a Manager. They told me thay we would have to get the pizza we wanted from the bar and gave me a buzzer to wait for it. When I come to the bar the lady had set the buzzer to much longer than usual. She apologized which meant a lot but some pieces were already gone. The thing that got me was the crust was so thin it felt like I was eating a piece of cardboard that they stuck some mushrooms, chicken, cheese, and Alfredo sauce on. It was NOT worth $30 for 3 people when the pizza wasn't even appetizing and all were like eating cardboard. I would have had better trip at the Gunbarrel location at least their pizza crust is thicker than that. Not to mention the only game that's worth paying in their play area is the bowling game. You get 25 credits for $5.00 and half the machines cost 5.0 credits per game. Definitely a waste of your money. I will NOT be returning to this location. Will continue using the Gunbarrel location instead. Thanks.
