Jimmy John's

This has to be the slowest Jimmy John's I've ever been to in my life. I was the only car in drive through and no one inside and it took them 3 minutes just to let me tell them my order then another 5 to get it out. I'm fine with that if I wasn't literally the only one there and they had 3 people inside working. There's nothing freaky fast about this place :/

I usually don’t even review places.. but I will make an exception for this place. If anyone at Jimmy John’s Corp would stop in for lunch I’m pretty sure they would shut this location down by supper time that day.. It is apparent that management is the root cause of the problems. I work in Hixson a lot and it’s always the same guy supervising, and he will ignore you and be rude as quick as the other employees.. that is if you can get anyone to acknowledge you are there. When someone does take your order it is “Freaky Fast” how they ignore it and go back to chatting it up with fellow employees.. If they do manage to complete your order, most likely it will be sub par for the prices. Lack of customer service and general disregard for customers that is fueled by the management is not how you should run a business. I chose 1 star because there isn’t an option for 0 or negative stars..

On several occasions I have gone through the drive through at this location when I was the only one in line. When I pull up to menu to order no one greets me. I have to say "hello?" When I get a response it is always rude and unfriendly employees working the drive through. Also, this locations drinks are terrible. They put next to zero ice in their drinks and most of the time they are flat. I will not be back. I'll get my overpriced sandwich somewhere else.

Freaky slow. Like, how is it so slow? It's honestly a mustery. This is literally the world's slowest Jimmy John's. Only three cars in the drive thru? Too bad, expect a 20 minute wait minimum. We love Jimmy John's, but after giving this place a chance for months, we decided today's visit was the last time we'd give an $8 sandwich 30 minutes of our life and gas.

Ordered 5 sandwiches to get delivered. I got my 5 sandwiches but one was the COMPLETE wrong sandwich and when I called to let them know the girl on the phone said and I quote "it's not my fault you don't know how to order you'll still have to pay for the other one" when my receipt has everything on it. Awful customer service.

I placed an order through door dash - which a dasher didn’t pick up. I called this store and spoke to the nicest man who eager to not only make our food but bring it out to us, too. We had already paid for our food with door dash and didn’t want to double pay for two subs (NOT jimmy iohns fault) I didn’t catch this mans name unfortunately, but he delivered our original order along with another order at no charge to us. You’re awesome guy !!! Thank you !!!
