My wife and I were going to go to Rib & Loin since it’s our tradition every time we’re in Chattanooga, but a family member who is a local said Choo Choo is way better, so I decided we should check it out. He was right. No regrets. Choo Choo was excellent. Great portions for the cost and very friendly staff. We will definitely be coming back again.

THE BEST BBQ IN HIXSON! I never worry about the cleanliness of the staff or the facility. They take the utmost care of their business so that EVERY CUSTOMER has the SAME exceptional service that ALL CUSTOMERS DESERVE.
They also have one of THE BEST BURGERS I HAVE EVER EATEN. They use REAL hamburger meat, grill it to order, and then add lettuce, pickles, onion and tomato! It makes my mouth water just talking about it!

You can tell the meat is, well, lovingly smoked. Fork tender and juicy. Had beef brisket this time, but have had pork and chicken previously...top notch!

This is the worse beef brisket I have ever ate I have no idea how old this is but it’s hard and black on the inside and one piece has a color of green on it after the price and waiting over 20 mins I would expect it to be edible and when called they said well we have to reheat it to serve it exactly how are they reheating this it’s more like beef jersey and not even hot! I wish it would let me post pics of this.
