From the very moment we walked in, the staff made us feel like we were VIP. There are many many restaurants here on HHI, and many of the places we've been to had real good service, but this place was a standout among the others. We had a party of 17 people. The service given to our group was as if there were only two of us at the table. Our drinks were delivered quickly, then all of our starters came out next with no mistakes, then our entrees. Again, no mistakes. Meanwhile, nobody ever had an empty beverage glass. It was a much higher level of service than I expected, no doubt. Based upon this (our first) experience, we can highly recommend this new restaurant to everyone who reads this review. The food was really good too, everything tasted good and was delivered hot as expected. Expectations were exceeded. We will definitely return.
Great food, great atmosphere, excellent service. The place has only been open several weeks. Those people who picked apart the place for relatively minor issues are serial complainers who are never happy about anything. Jeesh. Give a new business a chance. The dishes are unique. I was surprised too at the calamari being squid steak strips instead of the customary rings and tentacles, but I didn't enjoy it any less. Quite good and a very generous portion for 9 bucks. I had the Lowcountry Boil (the "wimpy" portion), and it had a lot of steamed shrimp. My wife had the Shrimp and Grits which again, was unique to this establishment and very good. This will be a new "must stop" during our frequent visits to HHI. WELL DONE, FISH!
We tried to try this place for dinner but there was long wait time so next day we tried for lunch instead and got the table. The atmosphere was great and the outdoor seating was amazing with pond view and great music.
We ordered few appetizer and main menu. Kids portion was huge for my two tiny little ones. They shrimp and cod fried was great. Shrimp nachos were nice for lunch. Seafood dips were delicious. Overall nice experience but don’t know if we will be back again.
I am a 12 year old and I go around to restaurants and rate them! My experience here was wonderful. Atmosphere is amazing and watching the fish go by as you it is on a different level. The food is wonderful I had shrimp, fries, and oysters. All amazing especially the fries. Food was out in 5 minutes promise you that’s as good as you can get. Waiters are nice too. People are too critical with this restaurant but this is amazing. 9.8/10
The oysters here are amazing and if you come from 4 to 6, they are $1.25 per oyster. They taste fresh that’s all you can ask for in an oyster. The baked oysters, however are a must try. The top it off with cheese, bacon, onions and it gives an amazing flavor. Will come back for more!
Really fresh, flaky, and massive fish. The fish and chips meal is more than enough for two! Try the green sauce, it’s stellar.
We came for lunch on a Sunday and it was nearly empty!

Great smash burger and shrimp tacos. My wife's Mojito was excellent, she says. Our server, Nathan, was excellent!
Nice spot with outside dining. I had the steam pot with crabs and shrimp it was good. The Mrs had the Coconut Shrimp and 1/2lb peel and eat shrimp. The coconut shrimp was delicious, but some of the peel and eat had a lot of cleaning required.
I got the all you can eat crab legs and peel and eat shrimp. They came out steaming hot and delicious. The kids' portion mac and cheese was really big and good. Everyone else at the table loved their meals also. My only complaint is that the manager called for a shift meeting in the corner, so we sat with no drinks, and no order was taken while we watched this. It was not good timing at all. We got up to get our waiter, so we didn't walk out.
They were offering an All You Can Eat crab, but with a rating of 3.9, I was skittish. We arrived at 4:00, were seated right away. Band playing in the background. We ordered and had food with in 10 min. And they kept it coming. Oh my. It was really hot and fresh and tasty. Come on, people. Let’s get this score raised up a bit!!! They are putting on the heat!
We lucked out! We got to sit outside in beautiful weather as the sun set, listening to great live music, and enjoy an amazing low country boil and crab cakes. Go! Go early. Go often.
