Fancy Sushi Bar And Grill

I visited from out of town and really wanted some sushi and discovered this restaurant. Great customer service and food didn’t take long to come out. I tried the Eddie special, King Kong roll and received a free fried Oreo. The roll and Oreo were tasty. The Eddie special was ok.

Their food was delicious. I loved their miso it was so tasty. My roll was nicely pack, the chicken hibachi for my kids was pretty good too.

Food was DELISH! Don't remember which rolls we ordered but the pics don't do it justice! Waiter very friendly and helpful in helping me decide what myself and picky daughter wanted. Was in the area for a conference. Definitely going back. 😁👌🏽

By far the best restaurant experience I've had in Hilton Head!! They gave us a free entree of crab and it was incredibly good. On top of that it has a nice chill atmosphere outside and the servers were a joy to be around. Highly recommend

EDIT: went here recently and the entire restaurant was gone. No sign, no interior, no farewell. I fear this is the end. In case the beautiful restaurant does not return, know I will always mourn it. Fancy sushi was a home away from home to me and my friends. I only hope that the staff is okay, and that maybe we'll meet again. Fancy sushi, you have been with me through so much and I will carry your memory with me forever. Going into that plaza and realizing I might never see you again is devastating. I will keep my orginal review in honor, and light a candle in your memory. I love you. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I have never experienced a more welcoming staff than the staff at Fancy Sushi. My friends and I started coming here because it was one of the only places on island open late but we keep coming back for the exceptional service and delicious food. The worst part about college is not being able to go to fancy sushi every week. Stepping into this restaurant is like stepping home. The atmosphere is simply unmatched, I cannot recommend enough. The food is also absolutely delicious (I recommend anything with eel, though my friend adores the hibachi offered). Eating here is pure joy. Last time I was here I forgot my doggybag and our amazing waitress came running out of the restaurant after me with my food. She always treat us to the extra melon candies because of my friends love for them. You simply can't get this type of service anywhere else on the island, or off for the matter. Plus they have the most delicious fried crab appetizer I've yet to see anywhere else. If I was to change one thing about this restaurant it would be from "Fancy Sushi" to "Family Sushi" because that's how eating here feels. I love this place.
