This restaurant, located in the heart of the Omni resort, was incredible. They were a little short staffed (who isn't right now) but they still delivered exceptional service. The food was delicious, and prepared perfectly. This is a fancy establishment, so prices are high, but it was worth it. I definitely feel that I got what I paid for. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting or living in the Hilton Head area. A well deserved 5 stars.
Excellent choice for an on premises restaurant at the Omni Oceanfront Resort. We have dined at HH Prime for years from our Honeymoon dinner to April 2021. The staff from James the master bar tender to the chef's are professionals and always very friendly. Dine in at a table, the beautiful bar with sweeping views of the tropical courtyard or the outside tables with breeze and sounds of fountains. The food is always hot, delicious and perfectly presented. HH Prime is a wonderful treat to enjoy. Cheers.
You’re probably asking why only 4 stars with photos like these. The ONLY reason to be honest is just that the Caesar salad just needed to be more dressed and could use a bit more cheese. However, a steak house should know how to cool a steak and these guys do. Medium rare was perfectly cooked And the flavor was amazing. Once again I tried the desert and I’m not usually a fan of creme brûlée but it was great. Thicker creme but well done for sure. I didn’t read this was in the Omni hotel but for a hotel eatery it was decent for sure.
The steaks were truly amazing with flavor. Our server "To Tall" was very professional and extremely outgoing. I would highly recommend checking this restaurant out.

Visited here the last night of our Hilton Head stay and so glad we didn’t miss it! The service was too-notch, the steak perfect, and the cocktails and dessert delicious. Highly recommend!

HH Prime was pretty good. We were able to get reservations last minute but when we got there, we saw that we didn't even need reservations. Not sure if they're busier during the summer but there were only 2 other tables in the entire restaurant being served.
Our waitress was very nice and considering that I don't think she was supposed to be our waitress, I was very happy that we ended up with her.
Bread was given to start along with some honey butter with black salt. The butter combination was very good but the bread was a bit hard. No complaints though.
We started off with the calamari. This was very chewy and had a lot of breading. I actually couldn't finish much of it because it was making my jaw hurt.
Our main courses were much better. My steak was cooked very well and their mashed potatoes and homemade steak sauce was great. One of our steaks was over cooked (asked for Medium Rare--received Medium). Our waitress did not push back at all and promptly took the steak back and brought a new one out quickly. This one was cooked perfectly. Because of this, she also took off our calamari without us having to ask so I was very happy with that.
All in all, steaks were excellent, other foods were okay, service was top notch!
Mmm!! I meant to take a picture of the beautiful wedge salad. It was gorgeous and delicious! The staff was extremely sweet to my seven year old sister which was impressive to me for such a nice restaraunt. I had the land and sea which is a 7 Oz filet mignon with some Shrimp and mashed potatoes and asparagus. I ordered my steak medium rare. It was a little less red than I am used too but it cut like butter. Everything tasted wonderful. My grandmother said that the crab cakes were better than hers. If you had ever met her, you'd know that that is a HUGE deal! She makes amazing crab cakes but these are phenomenal. If you like mushrooms, the mushroom addition is a huge helping of wonderful mushrooms. The honey creme Brule was pretty great too! Not as crispy of a top coat of candied sugar that I love, but it had a wonderful flavor. My family is full of great cooks from Louisiana. It's hard to truly please us. This restaraunt amazed us!!

What a wonderful experience. We enjoyed excellent food (serf and Turf). The steak was cooked to perfection, the shrimp were large and tasty. The whipped potatoes and asparagus were perfect. I also had their Strawberry Margarita which was very smooth and refreshing. We went back 4 days later for a repeat dinner.
