Beautiful view and great customer service! She crab soup was tasty on a cool Monday but was overloaded with celery. The fish plate was grouper, cod, and mahi mahi. I added a side of shrimp for 6/$10, not bad. The shrimp were very fresh and the batter was very good. The fish batter was different and very greasy. Next time I would stick with the shrimp. Collards were recommended but I would pass on that all together. Overall a great experience but will keep a few things in mind next time.
The view was astounding and we loved every minute of our meal. We hadn't even ordered and an older lady was trying to rush us from the bar. She was informed that we hadn't even begun our meal. Everyone was trying to get our seats. If you want a less crowded environment and an opportunity to choose the best seat, arrive well before 5. We were recommended this place and it was a great suggestion. The menu has featured items from the Food Network as well!!
Ate here a few times while we were in Hilton Head. Great atmosphere, we sat outside one night and saw a beautiful sunset. Also saw a gator going past. Service was good. Typical pricing and food. Be sure to visit the little shop across from entrance. Interesting souvenirs etc. Would definitely go again.
Such delicious food, along with great views, atmosphere, and service! I had the grilled salmon BAT, which was simply amazing. My daughter had the chilled seafood platter, and it was excellent 😋 They also have great kids' meals and so many choices on the menu. Definitely recommend this restaurant as a must for your list.
We want to thank Jesse and his team and the event planner for a wonderful evening for our son’s wedding rehearsal dinner and welcome party event. Each person on the team kept us mellow and pitched in to help throughout every part of the night. The food was delicious, the attendee service exceptional, and the atmosphere was delightful. Also, a special shoutout to the oyster roast guys. Everyone said that they had a great time. Thank you so much!!
Skull Creek is a hidden gem on the Hilton Head Island. As an annual visitor I have come here a few times. This resturant ends up busy very quickly and does not reserve tables in advance. My recommendation is to get your complete party there early to ensure seating quickly. Food is great and the menu gives lots of options for seafood. Skull creek also offers many different seating options from bar to dinning to outdoor options too. Food has always been great too.
Great food and atmosphere. We got the signature dishes (rainbow rice bowl, blackened catfish), and they were excellent. Hush puppies, California Roll, were great, kids loved them. My daughter got the fried shrimp, she didn't eat it, said it tasted like cardboard. She was correct, it was like a rubber grub coated in cardboard... Fortunately she was full from the appetizers. Great beer and drink selection. Great service. For how many people they were serving they were remarkably efficient, but I never felt rushed. Other than the fried shrimp it was great food and great experience.
The best restaurant in Hilton Head! The food is so good and the vibe is awesome! There is great outdoor seating with a great view! The staff is very friendly and helpful. They also have some great drinks! 10 out of 10 recommend!
What a gorgeous place. The service was outstanding, as were the views. I got fried flounder, and it didn’t have much flavor. Tartar sauce, and the cocktail sauce were also pretty flavorless. What a gorgeous setting and other peoples food looked great.
Very cool place. Delicious food. Relaxing atmosphere. Like we ATE!! The staff was very friendly. Only issue was, and I hate to bring it up, the food service came out in 3 waves. We had some people done eating their dinner and some that have not got their meal yet. Then everyone watched as the final person got their dinner. The food was fabulous when it came out. That’s the only reason I gave a 4 star.
