I could be a vegetarian if I had someone to prepare all my meals like this place. I tend to be a bit adventurous with new foods, so it was easy to dive in and give DelisheeYo a try.
All of the ingredients are fresh, vibrant-looking and delicious. At first, the menu might seem limited until you realize that they are willing to create just about anything you desire.
The staff is not only friendly they also know their stuff and can answer all your questions.
Indoor seating is limited, but they also have a relaxing, naturally shaded outdoor seating area. Take away is also a great option.
Went two days in a row it was all so good! Awesome wraps, detox shots, juices, even organic Gummi Bears. ❤️💜💛💚💙 Highly recommend the SoCal wrap and the turmeric pineapple detox shot. Very friendly, knowledgeable staff. Don’t walk, RUN to Delisheeyo!
What a great location. You never know who you will run into when out and about and we ran into Anna (during her off time) she was eating an Açaí bowl. After her glowing recommendation and food suggestions we had to stop in for lunch.
Fresh sustainable fruit and produce on site. Can’t get any better from source to table. Our drinks and wraps were just what the doctor ordered 😎.
A great clean eating alternative to everything else on Hilton Head.

Absolutely great hidden place! Going on vacation we expected to eat unhealthy the whole time but it was such a treat to eat clean and healthy with finding this place! It was recommended after meeting one of the employees who was so friendly and helpful on our stay. Just as friendly as she was the staff there were all so great and the food was absolutely delisheeyo! We will for sure be back again!
What a lovely little hidden gem! My husband and I visited here for breakfast and both got the acai bowl. Not only was it delicious, it was beautiful! The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. We will definitely return on our next visit to Hilton Head!
My sister and I are visiting Hilton Head for the first time, and we were so happy to find such a cute place! We ordered the Rhapsody wrap and the C’s R-salad. The wrap was really crunchy and sweet while the salad was light and a little spicy. We ordered the yogurt, but the machine was down, so they made it into a smoothie instead. The smoothie was slightly overpriced for the size, but everything else is very reasonable priced! Not only is the food amazingly fresh, but the staff was so nice. Very nice vibes all around. And they have their own vegetable garden!!
I would give anything to have this place in my backyard. We’ve eaten at a bunch of places on this island and for this price range, there is nothing better. Heck, even higher priced places don’t match in quality and flavor. The So-Cal wrap was insane. Buddha Bowl was insane. Sampler? Insane. Frozen yogurt was bomb and they don’t skimp on the honey. Not to mention everyone was so nice and helpful. We had kids running around and they didn’t care at all. They even gave us a little free smoothie for us to try. We’re going back today.
Omg this place is definitely living up to its name!!! Everything is deliciousssss!!! Took me back to California with every bite and made me wish I lived here so I could have this everyday!
Tried this cute place for the first time today! The food was amazing. So clean and fresh. Like, the most fresh. I got a wrap with hummus, lettuce, cherry tomatoes, and olives. My family also ordered other types of wraps and soups and everyone loved what they had! Everything was vegan which I loved because I’m lactose intolerant, and they were very sensitive to that. Will definitely make it back here again!
Delicious açaí bowl! I have to be honest I was on the fence about the avocado and dates blended into the açaí mix, however the end result was an explosion of taste in every bite! Also, i added extra granola! It was prettier before lol.
Stopped in while visiting Hilton Head. I was blown away by the flavors and freshness. Plus, I felt absolutely incredible after the green juice I had for breakfast. We also grabbed a wrap and a salad to enjoy at the beach. Both were delicious and energizing. This place will become a daily treat on our next HHI visit. My only regret is not snapping pics of the food.
In Hilton Head for a wedding and made a stop at delisheeyo. Wow. I’ve had my fair share of açaí bowls and this was by far the best we’ve had! Thanks for having so many vegetarian/vegan options!
