Waffle House

Everything was delicious!! The service was great and our order was done in no time!!! The only complaint I have is that the music is extremely loud. I asked an employee if they could lower the volume and she stated that they don't control it. It was hard to hear the staff and for them to hear us. I'm sure it makes it a lot harder on the cooks since the orders are all called out to them. Come on Corporate let's do better!!!

I understand that people don't have to work as much in this current time, but the Waffle House not doing dine in until after 7AM??? One cook and two servers on staff and sending people away at 6:40AM. It's a sad sad time for Waffle House. First time I've seen this and I eat at Waffle house at least 2/4 mornings a week.

This is honestly the worst restaurant experience ever and the lady that works here with long fake eyelashes and braids does not deserve to work here. (Aka the manager)Period! She’s rude and acts childish like you’re a grown lady act like it. There is no need to roll your eyes and talk rudely. Do your damn job. But the server Fee Fee is the kindest server in the place. They did however turn customers away that wanted to do to go orders. Not sure why because they had just taken one. This all happened July 3, 2022 at 8-9 a.mAys

The staff was very rude and did not give me all of my breakfast and said that I had ate it. They were even going to call the police on my without even looking on the camera for the truth. I would not steal sausage from my own plate, I was just eating there with my traveling partner to keep him company. I had a salad in the cooler.

Since moment I walked in person (I wish I could say lady) that took my order was not happy to be there, it felt like whole team swallow poison pill and wait for an effect. I got my order in , it was regular morning rush nothing crazy , bar was 2 people and some booths were busy. She jumped me because I wanted to pay my bill before got my food. I was waiting around 15min and I figured to expedite my check out it will save me some time so chances that I go to work late will be less. Well , I felt like I cross the lines and was punished and put in place. Bad me , next time I think twice I go to waffle house which I go 5 times a week....
