Chick-fil-a

The quality of the food and service seem to be dropping these last couple months. Today was the third time in a row our fries were half empty, barely warm, and not crispy. Also, my sandwich top bun was in two pieces, they had to see that when they assembled it, seriously. That's just not carrying about the customer experience. It's disappointing because we love the food and the brand and are thankful for the friendly, high quality food and service they normally give. (Order number 7979)

What can I say. When you’re good it shows. My wife and I eat breakfast every morning with Chick fil a. The food is great and consistent. Did I say the food was great? The store is run like a well oiled machine and the employees are so polite and upbeat you can’t help but feel better when you leave. Great way to start our day.

You will have to have patience with this place. This must be where they train these over payed people. I asked for 2 number one meals and we got our drinks and sat down. She brought me only one meal and I walked back to the counter and said I only received one. She told me I didn't get charged for it. They didn't try to make it right. These people hide behind religion but they are not better than others. Don't let em fool you. Never again will I give them my hard earned money. Too many chiefs and not enough indians.

My wife and I have been going here countless times, but what I've noticed and tried to ignore is that I feel like we're being ripped off on fries. I used to work at a CFA in a different location, and we were generous with our fries. And if we weren't the upfront employees pushed it back for us to refill all the way. Again. My wife asked for a large and it looks like this. I don’t know why people go to this location.

I ordered curbside from here. Food took a long time to come out and the team member that delivered food was unfriendly. When I got home I realized they didn’t give me the right food. When I called to complain I was only told I can come back to get my food. No apology given or any offer for repaying me. This is the second time this has happened at this location.

I came through the drive thru with my 2 1/2 year old grandson, who has severe anaphylactic egg & peanut allergies. He’s very sensitive to cross contamination, so we normally can’t let him eat at restaurants. Because he’s getting old enough to notice that he didn’t get any food, we’ve started getting him a milk and some kind of snack that’s in a sealed container with ingredients listed and food allergy warnings. Most people would think because the container is sealed and says no egg or peanut then it would be safe, but Sarah B has apparently educated herself on cross contamination because she went the extra mile to make sure his milk and applesauce had not made contact with anything else and she placed them in a separate bag. Thank you Sarah B for making Chick fil a safe for people with food allergies. We will be back and my grandson will get to eat as well.
