Burger King

Close it down! This is by far the worst Burger King ever! Burnt chicken nuggets. Hard frisbee buns on what is supposed to be whopper. Looks more like a compact bun sandwich. Look at the "Large" fries and onion rings that are only partially full and looks and tastes like they been sitting since yesterday. Out of pop, out of capri sun. Should be out of business. Last visit, a couple had raw chicken sandwiches. They just left and didn't say anything. Tom's king is lucky I didn't go to pick up this order. Otherwise they'd still be trying to impress me with an accurate order because I'd be standing in their kitchen until they get it right. Darke county. Close this business now! It is disguising and a huge disappointment constantly. There is better places to eat just not Wendy's either.

I've went here multiple times and the whole experience was horrible... If there was anything that would make it an even more horrible it happened in a single trip! The food was old & cold they took forever to get to the intercom to take the order when I pulled up to the window the drinks went made yet then when I got my ice cream it was only a third full and I said something about it and they took it back in the window to put more in it that's a no go. And with my change he couldn't count it out gave the wrong change back even tho he took 5 minutes also I didn't get everything I literally threw my meal away because it was old food cold everything. I went back a month later hoping for a better experience and got the same thing there was only a slight improvement but not enough for me to want to ever go back

Place is gross & food is not fresh or made right. I ordered two cheese whopper meals.. one with no pickles or onions, one with no tomato. Then a double cheeseburger with no ketchup. I got cold sandwiches with tomatoes on both, no pickles on either one, & no cheese on one. The double cheeseburger was cold and had nothing on it. Also fries were old and had no salt. So not only did I pay $20+ for food, I didn’t even get what I ordered. We were the only people there so I’m not sure what went wrong.

Just went through the drive thru at 10pm, they close at midnight. Tried to order medium drink and got told they were out of medium cups, no problem. Anyone who has worked in a restaurant knows if you don't have the size asked for, you charge for that size and give the larger cup. That didn't happen, got asked if I wanted a large or a small. Then I asked for a coffee and got told they were out of coffee. I'm sorry, but you're not out of coffee, you just didn't want to make more. Proceeded to get my order, whopper and a whopper Jr., both sandwiches were cold to the touch through the wrapper and the burger felt like it was just pulled from the refrigerator and thrown in the microwave for 5 seconds. Spent $15 for something I had to come home and heat up anyways. Should have just gone to Wendy's next door. I will not make that mistake again.

Ordered through the app for delivery. Got a notification that the order had been canceled. I called the store to ask why. The said they had no bacon an no shakes. Told them it was ok. Waited another hour and someone called and asked if I was picking up my order. Supposed to be delivered. Went to pick it up and everything was cold. Worst Burger King ever. Actually all the fast food places in Greenville are horrible. Place needs closed down and bring in something better like a dine in restaurant such as Frisch's.

Terrible food. Terrible service. Only one in drive-thru and they still mess up the order and always seem to forget an item as well as drinks. Somehow they can never get their pop right. Its always over carbonated and tastes like you are drinking straight seltzer. Gross. I don't want to go to BK ever again while I am in Greenville.

The Greenville location is horrible!! MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO STEP UP! Placed order, when we received our drinks we were informed they had no ice. (Go buy bags of ice.) Whopper was not very good, floors sticky, and employees talking about how everything was falling apart. THIS location turns me off from going to ANY BK.
