I am livid right now. I used to love fire house subs but what I got tonight was horrible. I ordered a bacon turkey ranch and got a block of turkey in one half of the sandwhich and none in the other. Not to mention I got one string on onion that was 1 foot long.

Have always heard good things. My wife and I tried it for the first time last night and here it is Saturday morning and we are still upset. When I order a sub toasted and I get something that feels like it was under a heat lamp for 5 minutes, that upsets me. Terrible customer service. Someone orders something toasted, TOAST IT!!!! Tasted like butter bread which does not go well with an Italian. Lettuce was limp and soggy. Tomatoes were mush. So very disappointed. Overall experience was terrible and we will never return. I’ll be sticking with a well known competitor in town with the initials JM. I’ve never been disappointed at that establishment

The workers were REALLY VERY NICE I just wish the sandwich was. The only good part of my order was my drink..and that's all I can say about that place. 😐the 2 stars are for the 2 out of the 4 workers that were nice and helpful

The staff is always extra friendly they even know my name when I come in! Food is always top notch never sloppy! And if you have the firehouse app the rewards are amazing! Check them out!

The online menu didn't fully match the store menu. When I received my sandwiches, extra items I was not expecting had been added, not described on line.

Seriously delicious. Even just the bread itself is great. My fiance and I usually split a large sub. I'll never go to Jersey Mike's again, not that they suck, just not as good. Also friendly staff. Really, an entirely actually nice staff (so far as I've met) How unusual.
