Schlotzsky's

Ordered 2 small original sandwiches one was correct and the other had been ordered without sauce. Received both and drove back to work. The one with no sauce was loaded with mayonnaise, which I am allergic to.. so 25 min of lunch wasted. When I went back for a correction. The workers in the back were yelling and blaming each other for the mistake. I just wanted my sandwich. I said that to the manager and told him it wasn't professional to be arguing in front of the customer. He then proceeds to get an attitude and tells me he has 30 years of experience and he didn't want to hear what I had to say. Never going back.

I am a sandwich lover. Schlotzsky's is one of my favorite stops. I'm not fond of the $10 lunch ticket but either a veggie sandwich or smoked turkey breast on sourdough is tough to beat. This place is always friendly and they take care of the customer. On another note, a large Reuben on sourdough is EXCELLENT and provides leftovers or feeds 1-4 people a nice lunch.

I ordered a large Angus and cheese. It was delivered with onions which caused me to take it back to the counter. I pointed out to the manager that it lacked meat. She said “A lot of people complain but it’s all pre-measured.” I said that I frequent many locations and this is half the meat. And, if many say the same thing there must be an issue. I don’t know who owns it but they put the meat of a small on a large sandwich.

(FOUND MOLD IN MY FOOD) I came here to get a chicken pesto pizza and a sandwich. My chicken on my pesto was cut thickly, and undercooked. As I begin to sort the chicken for recooking, I find mold. Called the store and they were very unprofessional, disregarding what I told them saying they "change the chicken daily" and "cook the chicken in the oven so it can't be undercooked" If you value your health, AVOID THIS LOCATION (the chicken at the top left of the picture is what I recooked)
