Management let the person who cut in front of multiple people in line order ahead after I went in and asked her if she could handle it. She proceeded to let him order at the window while we all got to wait for our food while the guy who cut in front of everyone go the best deal of all. Also food is trash. Never has been good. Just came cause that’s what we passed for breakfast on the way to work. I genuinely just did this to hopefully drop there reviews. Because that place is awful.

McDonald's has all but forgotten about the dine-in customer. I have been in multiple states traveling for work same problems. It seems like we are a nuisance because we came inside to order and sit at a table to eat.

The manager is very nice at this location.....unfortunately I can never get my complete order. There's always something missing from the bag.

The morning crew is professionally nice and my order is usually correct and looks good. But the night crew is super super slow. I usually go to a different McDonald's during late hours because this one takes forever.

Even after repeating my order twice at the speaker, confirming again with the person at the first window, and trying to confirm it again with the person at the second window, then being asked to pull forward, my food was wrong. I asked repeatedly just for no egg and it was even rung up correctly on the receipt but low and behold there was egg.

Always forgetting something and getting stuff wrong. Fries cold alot and not very fresh food. Cinnamon roll hard half the time so quit getting them.

Had problems with McDonald's close to my house , so opted to try Pelham Road ..Food was fresh and hot , drive through was quick even with 5 cars ahead of me. Will go here again. Thank you...
